Star Lodge

Nice to have shutter van to and from the Bridex for my function

The hot water is very limited, i need to shower as fast as i could to get myself done before the hot water finished.

Great location and a good restaurant inside

Outdated rooms, very limited bathroom amenities that didn't include body soap.

This hotel is little oldish but the everything is perfect. They provided a free shuttle bus between Airport, City and the hotel. The food is reasonable price and so delicious. Every member is kind and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was really good. We enjoy the meals.

Issue with parking due to limited and small space to park.

Clean and comfortable room

The peephole was just a hole in my hotel door. I had to plug it with a piece of paper for the sake of my privacy.

The staff are friendly

Some outlet doesn't work. It would be nice to have outlet near the bed area. One time have came across a room that smell insect repellent.

Clean and Neat

Wifi is very slow. We carry our things on our own up to our room. Parking is very limited.

Comfortable room,swimming pool,and playground

The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had some nice items.

The bed was very hard and it needs a foam topper. The carpet in the room needed a vacuum. I would have liked to adjust the temperature of the room.

i like the swimming pool since my daughter love it

the aircon too cold, cant adjust

The airport pickup and drop off was very convenient, there was someone waiting with a sign when we came out of the airport. The breakfast was good value, you can pay for the buffet or order from the menu. We had dinner at the restaurant too, so it was convenient for our 1 night stay in between flights. The rooms were a good size and they were able to give us adjoining rooms.

The room smelled mildewy, although not unusual for the climate. It was a simple hotel.

Passable

- The aircond unit is not working in good condition / so warm.- Requested queen bed and they only gave me 2 single bed.

Near to Jerudong Park where eating places are abundant. Also near to highway.

Some of the wall sockets didn't work. We booked 2 rooms (connecting). 1 of the rooms had aircon problem, but they managed to fix it after about 2 hours.

Satisfied. Suitable for family vacation because it has beautiful swimming pool.

When we apply online, it stated breakfast free however when we gonna have our breakfast the management said no breakfast included ?

The buffet breakfast is adequate, we had options for both local and international breakfast. I requested a connecting room, and they manage to find it for us, which is very helpful. My kids love the swimming pool and it's adequate for kids and adults. There a plenty of parking spaces and wifi is working very well. I'll come back again for sure

Dark and cold

- room was dimly lit- can’t adjust the temperature so it gets really cold at night- please clean the pool water spouts. There’s literally algaes and mould

the pool and the restaurant served great food

most of the time the pool is book for birthday party. we can’t use the pool

the water feature, the pool

the lack of privacy

We booked 8 rooms for our big family, we enjoyed our staycation. Celebrated my grandfather's birthday in a room (suite room).

Unsatisfied with the breakfast, and limited parking area.

I like the place actually
