Grand Topaz Hotel

air-conditioning was the only thing that was great.

- No socket near beds.- There was a Tv but no channels,- room was gloom, poor lightings,- There was no refrigerator,- Receptionist had good response with inquiries, but housekeeper didn't knock and suddenly barged in to give our requested items,- Chair was broken when first sat on,- Lack of soundproofing walls, easily interupted with noise from neighboring rooms. - No room service options.

Big room space

Sofa chair broken and it seem as though its not fixed well. My friend fell of

Very good location.easy to park and easy to find food

Towel, and water at the hotel.the towel not very clean, has some dirt on towel.the colour of water look like yellowish xDTv dont have any channel.

Very spacious room. Great service, restaurants located on the ground floor, accessible location not far from Bandar and other parts of Brunei.

Constant traffic noise due to hotel being located next to a motorway.

Easy access.. many restaurants near hotel.

Need to improve cleness.. need to put perfume in each room. especially the bathroom.

Good location and excellent wifi.

Poor cleanliness in the bath tub and the sink had bits of food waste. It seemed like the room was not properly cleaned after the previous guests checked out. The air-conditioning temperature was not cool at all. I don't mind that there's only one channel on the TV however, the tv cable was somehow loose so the screen was blur the whole time and making a buzzing sound. The room literally had only 3 sockets, 2 behind the TV and 1 at the most hazardous location because the socket was installed exactly close to the sink faucet. It's totally unsafe. This needs immediate intervention.

Cheap price.Great and safe location.Restaurants downstairs with Auntie Anne's and Tealive that closes at 10pm.Great wifi services.

Lack of hygiene. No extra mattresses. No fridge to store cold food/drinks.TV have no signals.Front desk hardly answer the phone.

Got restaurant, tealive and aunty anne near to the reception.

Suggest to put signboard near the road

Economical pricing.Spacious room size. The hotel has a nice foodcourt that serves variety of dishes, desserts and drinks. It is situated across from a Roasted Sip (Coffee Shop), and a tiny, local convenience shop in the adjacent building.

No lift / elevator - stairs only; May not be convenient for the elderly / wheelchair access.Worn out look of the room, furniture, bedding & bathroom - which made it look less clean. No mini fridge provided in the room.

Spacious but lack of maintenance

The room is spacious, but the room is smelly and dark. Washroom bit dirty, wall cracked, floor with lot of dark water marks.

Met expectations; would stay there again.

The bathtub/shower could have been better. It's too low to shower & wash hair standing upright.

Great!

Noisy TV

Staff was nice and helpful.. no problem early checked in. Thank you
