Nice breakfast and free shuttle bus. Driver of shuttle bus very friendly, they show us around city (mosque and istana)

The staff was friendly and keen to help. At night it sounds like you are somewhere in the countryside, not in the city. Comfortable bed.

There was mould at the ceiling in the bathroom.

The location was within easy walking distance of most main sites in the downtown. The price was exceptionally low and staff were very attentive. The staff were diligent in keeping the room very tidy. We used the hotel free shuttle service from the airport and back to it. A daily breakfast voucher was provided at a restaurant next door and we enjoyed the place so much we used it for most of our meals and they were all excellent (and at a very low cost).

The room itself was small and a fairly basic setup. The furniture was well worn but clean and functional. WIFI was weak but sufficient for basic internet usage (except streaming).

Excellent hotel inside Aiprot just above arrival and departure area so you dont have to worry about cab getting stuck in traffic while reaching airport (especially Jakarta traffic). And also extremely safe being inside airport plus a ton of food choices and also lots of convienience stores around, So everything you need plus the added tension free location to catch a flight.

The hotel is near some main tourist sites and it has a minimart next to the hotel. They offer free airport transfer, but we need to pay additional fee if we request this in the very early morning or very late night. All staffs are helpful and friendly.

- Some facilities are quite old, but they still work well.- The window frame is full of dust.

Phone line not working.. first check in to room in fifth floor by laking all luggage’s , no bell boy .. enter to shower and finds ac n phone not working .. Came back to downstairs reception and informed to go room n maintenance will come .. gone and maintenance come n said air condition problem .. back again down stair and from reception said to transfer to level 4.. again went back room and pack to transfer to level 5 to 4 by self .. no staff .. Not professional , seems owner intend to shut the business.. Found later accommodations in below price with high value but here they took total cost at check in . Even they don’t have anything exchange but asked to pay full with even 50 cent .. Rather it’s like they need to take total cost at same time but they don’t have anything to exchange and have to pay total not later in between on stay . Disappointing

My second stay. Love the staff, locations, cafe with variety foods, rooms cozy, clean and nice.

Air-conditioning bit hot and old. Compared to my last visit, this time I'm staying at different floor. Maybe management should look into it or service the aircond.

For the money it was decent. Clean, friendly helpful staff, and convenient location, but a bit tired and run down...but as I say probably what you would expect for the price.

A good location for immediate access to all the town center landmarks. Walkable distance to the mosques, markets, waterfront and museums. Hotel shuttle from the airport was convenient after hours.

For the price, it would have been nice to have breakfast included.

Untidy carpet and not clean enough the bathroom. The night lamp doesn't even a switch! The wire is connected to the socket, but no way to turn it on/off

All staff are friendly and helpful.Thank you.They speak English.They offered free airport pick up and drop.The hotel is near city center and sights.Wifi was good.

No essential store nearby, there is severe disturbance of vehicles moving on the Road.Although being very less occupancy, early Check-in was denied.

Bright room and large bathroom but needs some renovation at least as far as accessories are concerned.

Reasonable price. Complimentary airport shuttle to and from. Beds are comfortable.

Old and tired.

The only issues I had were the insects. I found a roach in the closet during my first night. There were (black) ants in the room.

Be careful with this hotel—I haven't encountered anything like it, even in the poorest countries. They don't clean the rooms properly or likely sometimes they don't clean at all; I found hairs on the bed and on various objects. The linens didn’t smell fresh, and both the room and the corridors had an unpleasant odor. I asked to change rooms, and the one they gave me was only slightly better. Before handing it over, they checked it and started spraying a chemical product to mask the smell. Even in this new room, I avoided using the bathroom. The pictures are from the "upgraded room". So it is the best they can offer.

It’s an affordable hotel with a good location, 10 min walking distance to any place in the center.Room was quite as shown in photos and no complains about cleaning, all good.All staff was great, nice and helpfulWi-Fi worked good in the room, but no Wi-Fi in reception or breakfast room.

Room and bathroom need a good refurbishment as all looks quite old.The breakfast included, is basically a 3$ voucher (that is not clearly stated when booking). You choose from the menu, everything above 3$ you need to pay.
