EZ Suites

The size of the room .

Bunker bed- the upper bed not clean because my daughter hands & legs keep scratch itching for whole night.

I like everything about this property; however I mostly like cleanliness, room service, great customer service and the location.

I liked everything, but probably if they facilitate card payment option, it will be great.

Near Jollibee, Mcdonalds and The Mall, there so much store around, easy to navigate and just 1 floor up. Room is clean, aircon got a good condition, bathroom is okay, enough for our 3 days stay.

Had a hard time checking out late but they are very responsive

Comfortable bed. Tv had lots of things to watch! The staff were very quick and helpful when you ask for anything.

The cockroaches.. when i first arrived the room was very dusty.. and a cockroach on the bed..i didnt like that i had to deal with cleaning up the roaches…

Location and support was very responsive.

Low shower water pressure, Internet connection was intermittent, and I saw a roach inside my room. :(

Clean, house keeping staff available when required .

Managements policies on insisting on payment before giving us the room code to enter. This Was very patronising and inconsiderate as we had just arrived in the country and didn’t have the exact change to put the payment into the box at that immediate time.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, within walking distance of the mall, Gadong night market, and numerous restaurants. It's perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action. However, the rooms are small, offering limited space, especially for opening luggage. Keep in mind there's no lift, which could be challenging with heavy bags. Also, be aware that there are many dogs in the area that may chase you at night, potentially making you feel unsafe.

EZ Suites in Bandar Seri Begawan offers a simple, comfortable stay with a convenient location and clean, well-maintained rooms

Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe. Was happy that I picked this option. The place is so close to everything, to the mall, to the night market, and to the bus that goes into the city. The staff onsite was so lovely and so helpful. Was definitely choose this place again next time I'm back.

Easy access. Near the airport. F&B within walking distance. Good customer service.

The location is ok.

The bed is not cleaned. I was itchy in my skin in the morning after sleeping. My room is the last room near the laundry, and the bathroom is very smelly.

Near the shopping mall

Noisy. Cos near at the road

Location is in the center. Malls and shoplots surrounding. Gadong night market is within walking distance. Room is super clean and satisfied. Prompt reply for any queries and help. Everything is perfect

close to Gadong night market, which you can taste local food and cheap...the accom cost is cheap, it is just an overnight stay.

No hand soap provided.

Good Location

a bit hassle to get parking. More to AirB&B not hotel or budget hotel. Extra Charge using credit card

My stay at EZ Suites was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. I felt very safe throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend this place for its convenience and comfort!

Shame on you

A lady entered in my room, without my permission, while I was sleeping. Fortunately she didn't have enough time to steal something. No reception, they are scared to meet peopleThe room and the bathroom are dirtyStaff does not have any experience in this industry. This is just a private house with few rooms.Windows brokenThe bathroom stinksI warned you, be very careful.

I am delighted with the staff. They answered all my questions. Polite, clear, correct. They helped us with everything. Check-in and communication were very simple. For a low price, we were given a great room with its own shower and hot water. A large bed with a view of the city. Nearby is a shopping center

The location is not the best for sightseeing but it is still close

The room AI located in a moderate building. The suit has a entry space quite larga and common facilities. We are very happy with the location and for the value of the money, the room is excelenty.

The bathroom smells a little bit and could add facilities for hanging clothes

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. We are a group of 4 and the room is for 6 people. Very nice and convenient. Really easy to check in. They give us step by step instructions. The room price is very affordable. Really meet my expectation. They also let us to keep our luggage temporary after check out. Great hospitality.
