Location. The place has special,somehow scary, energy. Outside was cold, heaters were cold but inside was really hot.

We liked everything about the hotel. We'll use this complaining characters to mention that we loved Lulu, the golden retriever that made our days.

beautiful location in the middle of the forest, good exploration base for the scenic spots in buzau county; good toiletries, clean and comfy wooden interiors, great balcony facing the forest

lacking in some important details that guests of a four stars property would expect at this rate: complimentary water, daily housekeeping, loud lawn mowing outside of saturday breakfast time. the shower was clogged but promptly solved

There were some bugs in the room, but nothing major.

Some rooms don't have windows that can be opened and sometimes the air inside the room is not that fresh.

I enjoyed the tasty food, clean rooms, kind people and the cozy and homie atmosphere. Definitely a place to visit ?❤️

The location is amazing. The breakfast is generous. I loved the animals - some cats and a dog. The walk through the woods is perfect.

It’s not a 4-star hotel. Maybe in the past, but not anymore. The cleaning should be more efficient and I didn’t understand the liquid soap bottles for a 4-star? As for the waiters, there is one that should revise his behavior and face expressions. And the food should be improved. The cook doesn’t have taste.

Internet and TV quality but is not necessarily something bad, without them you can enjoy more the really good stuff.

Excellent breakfast-omlette or vegan option.

No night light on the bed side table, couldn't read in bed.

Probably my favorite location in Romania. The rooms are clean and spacious and the food is awesome. Also, the location is just perfect, very green, quiet and serene.

Located in the middle of a forest, getting fresh air, listening the sound of the birds, one can enjoy having breakfast on the beautiful terrace, watching stars during the night. Restaurant is of very good quality and the staff friendly and eager to help.

Our room didn’t have a terrace and the window was a bit small, placed above a roof of the restaurant and watching an annex where there seem to be an evacuation pipe of the heating installation burning woods, therefore when there is no wind to spread the smoke, that room may smell like smoke. We spent two nights, the second night was windy, and the air in the room was fresh, unlike the first one.

The location in the forest, the quietness of nature the facility itself is really enjoyable. Our host Ionut serviceability and responsible was beyond expected and really impeccable.Thanks for everything

Very nice facility overall. Location also nice even if not much to do in the proximity. But great for a short escape in the nature. Spacious room. Bad was great. Bathroom products, very nice. Very big balcony. Food at the restaurant was excellent and so was the staff.

Really enjoyed my time here from the staff, to the food and the bedroom. Really beautiful area to stay in. They also have some pets that roam the property and they were all extremely friendly. The place was really warm so even though I woke up to snow I was nice and toasty. Really big beds. The place is also decorated beautifully.

I spent a lovely day at Cetatuia, in a very friendly atmosphere, surrounded by nature. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, the hosts very friendly and such a lovely company. Also, the food is super tasty, if u decide to stay I would definitely recommend eating at the restaurant of the hotel.

The location is nice, in the middle of a forrest

The rooms are very old and don't have a proper maintenance. Leaking water, window which could not be closed, an old bathroom door making a horrible loud sound when closed/opened, old and dirty paint on the walls, really old and broken furniture & a minibar that smells.

Awesome place in the middle of the forest, clean, friendly people, good food.

Can't think of anything, we want to come back!
