Pros +
- Its location is excellent, just off a Main Street near fabulous restaurants. The staff, especially Mustangs, were very helpful with suggestions of where to eat.
- Central location, very nice host
- Clean, central location
Cons -
- The rooms are remodeled with modern bathrooms. For my personal taste, they can use more light fixtures for reading and locating items during nighttime hours. The hotel is on the second floor of the building, so you may have difficulty carrying a heavy bag up the stairs. To sum up, would I stay there again—-DEFINITELY!
- No balcony in the room
- Thin breakfast

Good breakfast, spacious room, central location, Sam was friendly and helpful.
Perfect location for hikes, balloon watching, going out. Super comfortable beds, nice big bathroom, great breakfast. Super helpful and kind Sam!
Location was convenient and breakfast was good not too many choices but enough.
Noises from the outside
Central location. Lovely staff especially Sultan who looked after my gluten free diet at breakfast.
The room is big and comfortable. And the location is really good in the goreme town, right next to the supermarket, and all the excursion centers are just few walk away.
The location, the staff, the size of our room. They were respecrful and friendly 24/7. When we asked if we could check-out one hour later they approved immediately.
The flickering lights in the room. There were multiple light sources in each, the living room the bed room and the bathroom. Some of them were flickering pretty much.
Great location, Sultan was very helpful.
Breakfast options could be better
Quiet, good location, free parking
Perfectly located accommodation with a fantastic indoor and outdoor terrace where to have breakfast with views to Göreme. Spacious and nicely decorated room with a large bathroom. Very friendly and attentive staff although with a limited level of English.
The terrace, although spacious, could be a bit more decorated. Also, we found out on the last day that there was a second, larger terrace from which we could have enjoyed the balloons at sunrise :( The breakfast, although simple, is tasty, except for the coffee, so we had tea every day.
Property is very clean, has a cave vibe. The rooftop has a clear view of the hot air balloons. When i went, it was only me and my friends who stayed there which was very very nice, Our host, Sultan gave us full attention, helped us planned our tours + hot air balloon which was way cheaper than i originally booked for. Sultan also made us feel like home, cooked for us breakfast. Very very nice place, highly recommended!!!! Very near the hot air balloon location. Great place to explore around.

The location was perfect. The owner and staff, Ramazan, Sultan and others, were very nice and helpful. Will sure come back to this hotel.
No complaints.
Spacious room and comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff . Feels like a family
This hotel exceeded my expectations. They organized the trip from pick up to all excursions to drop off at the airport. The excursions were well planned and there was attention to details. The hotel is on the main street and there ease of access to every facility. The bed was very comfortable .
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was stiff the way I like it. The hotel is located just off the central square of the town. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.
All were excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Ramazan who organized Jeep Tour, tour with excursion to underground city Konakli and Air Balloon Flight. Location of the hotel is perfect, with all needs and very close to the Bus Station. View from hotel terrace are cool.
