A Winter Wonderland Stay – Highly Recommended!We recently stayed here during December, and despite a few hiccups with the local weather, our experience at the hotel was fantastic. Here is a breakdown of our stay:The Room & ViewsOur room featured a private balcony, which was the highlight of the stay. Since we visited in the winter, the "superb" views of the snow-covered landscape were breathtaking right from our room. It felt like living in a postcard!Facilities & Amenities * Dining: The food was excellent with a great variety of options served buffet-style. Every meal felt fresh and well-prepared. * The View Deck: The hotel has a dedicated view deck. We had planned to use it to watch the hot air balloons, but unfortunately, flights were cancelled during our visit. Even without the balloons, it’s a great feature to have. * Pool: There is an outdoor swimming pool on-site. However, since it was winter, it was covered and not available for use—something to keep in mind for summer visits! * Overall Facilities: The general facilities are well-maintained and high-quality.Service & HospitalityThe staff were incredibly respectful and professional throughout our stay. Their hospitality really added to the warmth of the hotel, making us feel very welcome despite the chilly weather outside.Final Verdict:If I have the chance to visit this area again, I will definitely book this hotel. The bathroom is big but door lock is difficult to close though it's a minor thing and just need attention from hotel maintenance. Other than that, everything seems perfect.

Warm room and good facility. Satffs are very frendly and helpful. The guy in the restaurant is very service mind person, friendly, and diligent.

Our stay at the hotel was great! The staff was friendly and spoke english i.e. no communication barriers. The hotel was a very short walk to the town and had a terrace with amazing views of the hot air balloons. The breakfast at the hotel had a wide variety of breads, jams, honey, cheeses, vegetables etc as well as assortment of hot beverages and different juices.There were lots of playful cats and 3 puppies that kept us entertained. Overall a wonderful place to stay which was worth the price in my opinion.

Improper shower heads and irregular water temperatures controls . Housekeeping could be better . Inital day room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was ok.

Great location, nice pool even if it is small. The owner has 2 nice dogs ?. Good breakfast. We would come back anytime ??

Air conditionning is not very powerful and only works with the key in the slot. So the room gets warmer when your are not there.

The location was great. We were in walking distance of downtown Goreme and were able to do a lot of sightseeing of really cool places and it was also great as pickup point for the tours we scheduled

The room had air conditioning but it was still very hot. We had trouble sleeping because of hot stuffy it felt, sometimes even hotter than outside. The bathroom didn’t seem very clean in some of the crevices too.

there was a dirty sock in my room from any previous guestI was told a price for the shuttle in lira and they charged a different price, also I had a shuttle time scheduled and nobody advised that the shuttle time was postponedPillows are not comfortable

The owners and staff were Very courteous and helpful. The rooms were big and clean, with a large balcony.

Could spot balloons from the property, walking distance from Goreme market with plenty of options to eat and shop.

No basic amenities and upkeep. The WiFi was not working, lighting was dim and dingy. Our bathroom door did not close from outside and the sockets were loose from the walls. Overall regretted booking this place.

decent room size, clean, good location, quiet (if you can close the windows) and lovely views of the balloons (which anyway you can see them from anywhere in Goreme.

we took the 2 bedroom flat, and the AC was only in 1 of the rooms. we had to open the window for proper air circulation, but we were shocked that another hotel guest was staring on our room the whole time. very awkward and discomforting to us, so we dropped our rating. breakfast was below average. pillows were not comfortable. any service you book through the hotel is cash only.

I absolutely LOVED the breakfast. The different varieties was so awesome. Staff was kind and location was perfect. Was able to get some good photos of the hot air balloon in the background. They came real close to where we were standing.

Maybe if the pool was open, that would’ve really topped it off. But that was not a major.

The rooms were beautiful and clean . Everything in the hotel is maintained very nicely.They provided us an early check in and helped us with balloon ride and atv. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
