It was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I felt very comfortable.I told them that I would leave the night before, so they made a lunch box for me since I would lose the breakfast the next morning.Very nice people.

The hotel is well located, very near from Goreme’s sunset point. The manager and staff are friendly and helpful. Our rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom is large with good water pressure from the shower (hot water). Breakfast is Turkish breakfast with good variety.

Location was great. Very comfortable beds great towels. Great location to see balloons. Walking distance to restaurants and excellent parking lot in front of hotel. Host is very nice and the breakfast lady was wonderful. Breakfast is a bit different but plentiful.

Rooms were small for 3 people. Rooms look way larger online. Also the garden can use some TLC.

Rooms were too dark. It's to be expected since they are built into the wall of a cave, but I would suggest changing lightbulbs to brighter ones.

Good location, comfortable, the manager was very helpful in arranging balloon ride. Nice decor, good shower pressure, yummy breakfasts with some daily variation, warm staff.

The room is carved into the rock, just like something out of a storybook. The furniture felt solid and classy, and the bathroom is huge with fantastic water pressure in the shower.What makes me impressed is the breakfast. I like the hot chocolate pancake.

The hotel was exactly as seen in pictures. It was clean, beautiful and in a very good location. It's easy to get to the center of town, the terraces were awesome and often better than the ones restaurants in the area had. We were also able to get a really good view of the hot air balloons from the hotel in the morning.The staff was excellent, the hostess was kind and the breakfast was great!

Fantastic location, pretty courtyard with flowers, an assorted breakfast, friendly staff.

Uncomfortable pillows, we had to request that they come and clean out the trash cans because they do not clean the room. If there are other guests speaking outside the corridor you can hear the loud noise inside your room.

Lovely quiet location that was easily accessible to everything. Wonderful staff and nice breakfast. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Great place to view the balloons in the morning from the terrace. Would definitely go back.

Nothing, except a bit of a steep walk up the hill but not really an issue

The hotel was lovely and in a great location. Cappadocia is amazing and there was a great view of the surrounds from here. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the lady in the dining room provided great service. The accommodation was good value for money.

The only dampener was the significantly higher prices the hotel was quoting for tours and activities compared to what we could get elsewhere. We were upset when on one tour we discovered we had paid quite a bit more than other people had paid through their hotels. I would recommend shopping around. To be fair the owner helped us out by making a phone call when one of our tours we booked externally was running late and we were getting anxious (it turned up and all was well and was A LOT cheaper than quoted by the hotel). People don't mind paying a bit more for the convenience of a hotel booking a tour but not if the price differences are excessive.

Communication with the host, terrace, location was fabolus. Awesome breakfast with bunch of choice. Free parking, just few meters near. Viewpoint just a min away...

The location is very good and it’s only a few minutes away to the entrance of the hill where we can see a beautiful Göreme Town and lots of hot air balloons in the morning.The owner was very friendly and kind. I really enjoyed their traditional Turkish breakfast. The hotel is pretty, and I liked a spacious bathroom.

Stayed with family for one night (21–22 May 2025). The location is excellent, breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly humble and welcoming. Great value for money and a very comfortable, family-friendly environment. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a great time here. The Guzide Cave Hotel is a beautiful property perfect for couples or families. The rooms are beautifully appointed. And the breakfast was the best we’ve had in three weeks traveling around Turkeyie.But most of all the staff at this family run business are exceptional. From the maids to the women preparing breakfast to especially Yasemin at the front desk we felt we were at our home away from home. Can’t recommend the Guzide Cave Hotel enough.

The hotel is cozy and picturesque, situated in a very beautiful and central spot. The rooms are spacious and comfrotable. The owner, Mrs Guzide, is very hospitable and helpful. The breakfast freshly made by Mrs Dilek is rich and delicious.

It was super cozy, the staff was super attentive and caring. Specially the sister of the owner, unfortunately I forgot her name, but even though it was her birthday, she was helping to take care of the hotel and making sure everyone felt at home. She even shared a slice of her birthday cake and we felt like we were home. Also the breakfast was delicious every day.

We had a wonderful stay at Guzide Cave Hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delightful—don’t miss their hot chocolate, it’s a must-try!The hotel is also home to some adorable pet cats, which added a charming touch to our experience. The owner, a kind and warm-hearted elderly lady, made us feel truly welcome. She even arranged an early morning airport shuttle for us and personally came to see us off, which was such a thoughtful gesture.One small suggestion for improvement: while the overall experience was great, we found that hot air balloon and ATV tour prices in Cappadocia can be quite steep. It would be helpful if the hotel could ensure that any quoted prices for tours remain consistent.Other than that, we had no complaints at all and thoroughly enjoyed our time here!
