- Some staff struggled with English, no black tea sachets in room and Hôtel ran out of it. But manager quickly sorted it and sent me a fresh pot of Turkish coffee!
- I would like to highlight a few points:•The hotel’s location is a bit far from the city center.•Upon check-in, I was asked to pay a deposit. I paid 15,000 TRY by card for three rooms. Personally, I did not see much need for this request, as any additional charges are usually covered upon check-out. Nevertheless, I complied and made the payment.It has now been 10 days since I checked out, and the deposit has still not been refunded.

It has all the features of the brand new hotel. Very good breakfast. Attentive reception and staff. It will get better with time.
Amazing room! Was a great place to stay and easy for taxi’s and airport transport to get to and from. Bed was comfortable and big and the spa/gym was a great add on.
The food at the hotel was below average and needed more communication about the different options.
