- Lovely new hotel. It's an easy walk to the bus stop to get to Goreme. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the terrace breakfast staff ladies were so friendly. The terrace had a great view as well. Our room was huge, comfortable and clean. The area is also quiet.

- Some language difficulty: We were told we could not extend our stay when I'm pretty sure there were rooms available. We had to leave for a night then return for two more. Leaving was a huge inconvenience and a horrible walk with our luggage in the slush from the night before to get to a nearby hotel
- Staff should increase the shower maintenance; that's the only area that showed a lack of regular scrubbing and discoloration (That's just a personal pet peeve of mine)

Nice new hotel, good location, local breakfast..
The room was very nice,exactly like pictures, itself, it was very confy,spacious and nice.The staff was very nice,especially nazıre who was always considerate with us and very helpful.The hotel books tours, flight ballons tours and suffle to the airport, nazıre booked everyting for us, which was wonderful and we did not have to worry about anything.
