This has been an exceptional stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, quiet area but near the city center. The rooms are clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We booked all our tours through the hotel and it was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of food and drinks. Anything we needed the staff was more than happy to help with. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent

Everything, especially the amazing views of the valley and town when the balloons went up at sunrise. The highlight was their SPA/HAMMAM Turkish bath. And the view, of Goreme and the balloons, from our room was excellent too. Check out the photos, they speak for themselves.

Excellent location, cute, private, clean. Worth the price for sure, we have never stayed anywhere so nice and probably never will again as this was for our honeymoon. It felt good to feel like the money you spent was a worthy investment.

The hotel and the cave room were super cool, well decorated and has a great view, we loved it. Breakfast was excellent and goes on for a long time. The staff was helpful and we did one of their tours and enjoyed it a lot. The location is great near the city center. They provided good amenities which included a local wine. The hotel restaurant was great too.

The bed could be a bit more comfortable. The WiFi was not great, but usable most of the time. The pool seemed a bit dirty, but I guess no one enters it during this time of the year.

It felt like its own adorable village within the village. At the best height to get the best views. Didn’t see a better hotel option when walking around. So happy about it. There are beautiful seating areas around every corner and a 360 view of the village. The rooms are super cozy and unique. The breakfast was a magical moment in itself and don’t forget to check out the top terrace!

If I have to write something, which is more a personal preference, I would say I would have wished for better pillows and robs in the room.

Away from the noise...Very peaceful relaxing environment with Excellent Breakfast and Restaurants. You feel like you have the whole place to yourself. Very convenient to walk into town if desired and most activities will pick you up and drop you off at Kelebek.

Can't think of anything

So unusual. Like a little village. Really lovely layout with little touches like old antiques scattered around the grounds and beautiful gardens and pool area. Scenery was stunning.

It was an amazing property with great views, a lovely pool and the food was great. We loved our suite!It was in a perfect location, walkable to town.

The internet connection had issues

The location is amazing. The view of the town and the hot air balloons passing by is the best.The hotel personnel is very friendly and attentive, including the spa located in the same hotel.

Due to the location, you will need to be ready to climb stairs.

The views were incredible, so many places to watch the hot air balloons from. Our room upgrade was such a delight, we truly couldn't have asked for a better room or experience. Everything was beautiful, comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend taking advantage of the Kings Valley breakfast, it was such a unique experience and the food was incredible.

Everything about the stay. The location, scenery, the hotel itself was just perfect. The staff were really good as I was able to message them and they would respond quickly. The Kings Valley Breakfast was just perfect it was fun, informative and amazing homemade fresh food!

Nothing..loved everything!

This property is luxurious, not ultra luxurious but it is ultra special. The staff here is incredibly hospitable and helpful. They patiently listen and provide good recommendations based on one’s interests. The hotel is connected to several properties, restaurants and a tour company with professional guides who seem to really enjoy what they do.

A lot of steps between levels. This is not a good place to stay if you have physical disabilities climbing.
