Nice service, good breakfast, 10 mins walk to bus station, 8 mins walk to have a look for the view around(amazing), everything is great definitely recommend!

Rooms are comfortable, staff are very respectful and diligent. Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Breathtaking views of the Hot Air Balloons from the terrace!

Coffee quality in the breakfast buffet can be improved!

Our only concern was on our first, other guests were so loud even at 2am. Room is not soundproof so they should inform their guests to be mindful of other guests.

I recently stayed at Garden Suites Hotel, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The Wi-Fi was strong, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the service was outstanding. The staff was always ready to help with anything we needed, and they made our stay feel very comfortable.One of the highlights was the buffet breakfast. It changed every day and had a great variety for everyone — whether you’re vegetarian or non-vegetarian, someone who prefers a light breakfast or a heavy one. Everything was fresh and well-prepared.Overall, we loved our stay and truly appreciate the hospitality. Highly recommended!l

The location was good. It takes about 10 minutes walk to the city center.

It will be nice to install bathroom fans and provide hair conditioners.

Not worth your money.

I did not end up staying because how the hotel staff treated me. I had booked a flexible reservation as I was travelling with my overland car. I wanted to move my reservation by one day, as you would think you can do if you book a flexible reservation. I was told I cannot move as there are no rooms available. When I told them on booking.com there are plenty of rooms available for the dates I wanted, they said oh I had booked the honeymoon suite and that one is not availble. Of course I did not book the honeymoon suite. I contacted booking.com all I got was an advice that the hotel did not respond to them either and confirmed I had booked a regular double bed room. Several attempts resulted in no reaction. So at the end I decided to forget the money and let go. If people act like this before you even show up, how will they treat you when you show up? I have lifetime status on Marriott and Hilton so I know a little bit how hotel staff can treat you in both directions. This place and the people I interacted with, treat you like a ATM machine giving them cash not as guests for whom they to create an memorable experience. Very unfortunate not the usual hospitality you see in Türkiye.

Staff was incredibly kind, we had an early flight during our check out day, Ali made us breakfast sandwiches to go. The rooftop was phenomenal; we went every night and during the morning for insane views of hot air balloons. It is definitely cheaper than other hotels, but worth it for the value. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious with a lot of variety. The room was well-furnished, well-lit by windows and lights, and had standard quality facilities. The antique/vintage charm of the hotel was most captivating and quite picturesque. We also stargazed from the rooftop. Overall, great experience would come back again!

The location is on the outskirts of Goreme, but a short walk from the city center. It was a quiet walk at night, which is slightly scary but there are hotels along the route, so it wasn't entirely unsafe. Room service is a bit expensive but good food.

Great location, clean with good parking and nice facilities. Great service and very good information about nearby attractions, they facilitated everything and have great contacts with all local providers. The breakfast is excellent and a highlight of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was in the top 2 amazing breakfasts we had in Türkiye. Sensational. I'd come back just for the breakfast and the view. Fantastic room with cave feeling and big bath which was relaxing. Even though the location was further from centre of Göreme, which may affect some, it made it seem quieter and had a nicer view of the open landscape with less hotels in the way than most of the ones in town. The walk was only 10 minutes or less.

The pushiness of the staff to book balloons and tours. We preferred to do things ourselves, however we received multiple WhatsApp messages to book things from host. Lack of useful tv. Need an up to date big TV in room with modern applications.

Nice hotel with beautiful Moroccan-style terrace on the top floor overlooking the hills and the valley. Nice room with a large private sitting area outside. Excellent breakfast with very friendly and accommodating waitresses. I think the young energetic lady at breakfast was the best! The hotel is located at the edge of the city. Roughly a 10-minute walk to the village center. A lot of good restaurants available. There is much to do and see in Cappadocia. And the hot air balloons in the morning are fantastic (especially viewed from the hotel terrace)!

The staff at the reception could be friendlier and more welcoming. (The young lady at breakfast is an exception--she is outstanding!)
