Location

Close to the city and quiet home. Nice rooftop for tea. The bed and pillow are very comfortable and had good sleep.

Very friendly and accommodating staff especially the ones working in reception. We ended up arriving past the check in time but we were received very well and quickly.

Location was a bit far out for day trips

Everything in the hotel was perfect. It’s a beautiful room in the cave, very traditional. The pool and terrace were amazing too. The staff was very helpful and played an important role in helping us solving an issue with a tour agency.

The owner, the woman at reception and the breakfast guy were friendly. The breakfast was fairly good. The room was fairly clean.

The facilities were old . The sheets and pillows old and dirty . Nobody speaks English . You have to stand in the bath to have a shower and the water goes all over the room. Other than those mentioned above , nearly everyone was rude - especially the old man. The location is really depressing and didn't feel safe. The pool was cold so we couldnt use it . You pay extra for everything else. Miles away from the town and no closer to the airport than Goreme which is much nicer. They will double the price of everything if your a tourist - taxis , food whatever they can. They treat women like second class citizens and constantly defer to the men. Avoid like the plague.

Super amazing property, friendly staff. We got our own Hammam bath in our bathroom. The restaurant has great view and the terrace is amazing. The entire property is portrait friendly if you love taking selfies or making photofolios. They offer relaxing spa. Free Parking is available at streets. Away from the city chaos. Heating is great. Toilet has automatic bidet. On our way back a nice gent (forgot his name) helped us with luggage and gave my wife and daughter two nice little goodie bags.

The steep stairs. Not a problem for me but bit risky if you are travelling with toddlers. Keep an eye on them before hurting a nose. Also the breakfast spread could be developed. We had a lot of Turkish breakfast items but there were no meat or chicken! Though you can always ask for eggs of your choices.

The hotel was well kept and had a nice rustic cave architecture. Staff was helpful with whatever we asked, but it can definitely be friendlier. Good breakfast, really good views. Their upper balcony_seating area is very nicely set up and pretty..

Location is really bad to explore the touristy attractions unless you have your own car. Many tours do not even pick up from here, and we ended up paying a lot extra to get to the center. There are no nearby hangout places. Staff was courteous and helped with everything we asked, but overall, it was very transactional, and there was no warmth. Would go for Goreme hotels next time.

The catering staff during breakfast were great and very welcoming.

The hotel is far from Goreme (15min) which might be an issue if you choose not to rent a car. It costs about 520-550 Turkish lira each way, but there’s a taxi office near by.

1) The light was on all night long in the hallway. There are basically no proper blinds on the windows and it’s hard to fall asleep.2) Use of sauna is not included in the room rate. 3) Breakfast is very basic. It would be nice to add omelete, oats/granola, milk and coffee to breakfast selection.

Hot water did not work for nearly two days.The place was far off from most attractions.The toiletries were not replaced regularly unless explicitly asked to do so

Beautiful hotel with heated pool and great rooftop. The area has local restaurants and is less touristy than Groeme. A lot of the tours will pick you up from there as well. The rooms are each every different, try for an upper floor. Even though there are more stairs, they are quite interesting. The morning breakfast was freshly made with lots of variety.

Lien, bathroom has no proper shower or bath. It is one wet room hand basin and toilet in the shower area.

The staff were the best , always trying to make us have a great stay and solving issues very fast. The service was the best. Thank you to Izzet, Bektas, damla and the kitchen staff.

Clean room, nice rustic hotel design, large room and bathroom, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, nice rooftop terrace, kettle in the room.

The mini fridge inside the room was broken (although we specifically asked for a room with a (mini)fridge) and they couldn't do anything to repair or replace it. The shower was very uncomfortable and flooded the bathroom. The room has little daylight, as the window opens into a corridor, and it isn't quiet, as it communicates with a living room for all the guests of the hotel.

Cave experience.Breakfast was good.Location was good as well. Around 20-25 mins away from Gorem by car (self-drive).Appears like family run hotel. Small cozy.

Faced issue with electricity during our stay in the night but it was sorted next day.Apart from this, nothing major to complain.

Hospitality is excellent.. Helpful staffs. always there to attend guests. especially Mr. Abuzar helped us throughout the trip from start to end.

The staff was super helpful and breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and cozy. I especially liked the lightings in the room and of the hotel generally.

The only uncomfortable thing was spa or massage was not yet available and there were constructions going on which was little noisy during the day.

The property is beautiful with very nice and authentic deco. Loved it. The manager , Abuzer, was very helpful. He ordered for food and even arranged for a day tour for us. Such a kind and good guy.

Was kinda far from goreme and no easy transport to go to goreme.

My first trip to Nevşehir turned out to be the best, thanks to the hotel. First of all, many thanks to Bektaş. Thanks to him, our stay and impression of the city were excellent. We found ourselves in a situation where there was no cash for a taxi, they organized a transfer for us to all places, so we could be everywhere.Room: Insanely beautiful - aesthetes will love it for its design and comfort. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! The bathroom is my special love.Hotel: Located 15 minutes from the national park, walking distance to restaurants and a shopping center.Breakfast: Very tasty! Every day the staff prepares something new, by the way, I tried the most delicious omelette with tomatoes here.I will definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone.
