Soleado Cappadocia Hotel

This place is owned by a family (husband and wife) and they were the nicest people. We talked to the wife the most, and she was very nice, really cared about our comfort. The location is Uchisar (which is just 5-10 min drive from Goreme) and this place was well worth the money we spent. The room was spacious and clean.

We loved our stay in this hotel. Its a beautiful place run by a beautiful family that is very helpful and kind. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is a family own business, and their owners go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Breakfast is definitely the highlight here, a variety of home made dishes that would make you smile in the morning

Exceptional host and comfort. Close to the city with a view of the morning balloons. I recommend it if you are with a car. Breakfast was really good as a start of day. You can be picked up for balloon rides from there and you can turn to the host for anything she can speak English well.

Beautiful property, lovely views. The staff were so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and had no issue making phone calls to book things for me. My luggage got lost until my final day so the staff were very kind in offering to help my situation. The breakfast was huge and very fresh.Waking up to see the balloons is a very special memory. To see more up very close I recommended a shuttle, or walk for a little over an hour to love valley. They are still viewable from your room at a distance, there are just a lot more at sunrise.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one.

There was no TV in the room, so we got quite bored after a while.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Hosts are welcoming and friendly, rooms are spacious and well-equipped , breakfast is served with homemade jams and was yummy ? highly recommended to everyone who has a car, it’s quiet area and you feel like at home there!

We had a really great stay at the Soleado Cappadopia hotel. The owners are very friendly and very helpful with everything you need. They offer a great breakfast each morning with some specialties like a very tasty cake or local specialities. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed that the hotel is in a very quiet and safe area.

Soleado is a lovely little hotel which is a perfect base for exploring Cappadocia. Sarife is an incredible host and does everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast each day was delicious. Serife even booked a balloon flight for us at a much cheaper price than we had previously booked.

Everything was good it would be nice to have a small pool to be able to cool off and somemore outdoor seating. but those are minor things

The hosts are very lovely and helped us plan our trip. They opened a couple of bottles of wine for us to enjoy one night and breakfast was lovely and we could always ask for more of what we liked. The hotel is in a very calm area and 3 minutes driving from Uçhisar centre and parking is unlimited. The rooms are beautiful and charming.

If you don’t have a car it takes 15/20 minutes walking to Uchisar centre.

Soleado was such a nice experience. This is a small hotel ran by a local family. Şerife and her lovely family will try to do anything to make your experience pleasant and comfortable. She helped us by providing tips and a daily route/plan through the region. She also tried to help us by booking a hot air balloon ride (although we were not lucky because the weather didn't help). Breakfast was such an experience: they offer you several hand made products (bread, jam, spreads, etc) and also products from their own backyard garden. We stayed in a corner room with a large balcony. It was quiet and comfortable. If you want to avoid noise, crowded streets, and you want to have a nice place to rest while touristing through the region, then it's a super nice option.

Not a complaint, but rather a suggestion, maybe having a small cabinet in the room to better store clothes would be a good idea.

The rooms are clean and well equipped. The air conditioning works great and the shower pressure is nice and strong with hot water. The staff are friendly, responsive, and ready to help. The breakfast is plentiful with homemade jams and goodies. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the owner. She was helpful with booking activities and went above and beyond with all of our needs. We loved the location. It was not in a tourist part of town, but there were grocery stores/ restaurants less than 20 min walk and a bus stop in walking distance to get to other parts of Cappadocia. We could also watch the balloons over the landscape which was pretty. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast included was fresh and homemade.

It is a family hotel, belonging to really kind and friendly people! They let us do an early check-in and offered refreshments they made with the fruits from their garden. They provided the best breakfast I had in the town including warm/cold specialties and local products. Honestly, the food quality and service were better than the more expensive hotels in which we stayed in Cappadocia. Thanks for everything!!

The wi-fi connection did not work in our room. (that was something they were planning to fix)
