The view from the terrace was great. As was the breakfast.Reza from reception was also a great help in organising our balloons and assisting us with what was really dirty linen on our arrival.

On our first night, the linen/bedding in our room had hair all over it & did not look like it had been changed from prior guests which was frankly disgusting. Reza, from reception, kindly changed this for us. During the rest of our stay, we asked for housekeeping which didn’t occur - no change of bedding or towels for 4 nights. We had to go downstairs to reception and ask for new toilet rolls each day. Simple stuff that you would think most hotels could manage.

Great location in Göreme—everything was within easy walking distance, including key attractions and restaurants. The highlight of my stay was the incredible staff, especially Reza at the front desk. He went above and beyond by recommending and arranging activities and transportation, making my time in Cappadocia seamless and unforgettable. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, served with stunning views of the valley and hot air balloons drifting by.

Good location, not on the main road, so quieter. Amazing view from breakfast patio. Good variety of food at breakfast.

Bed was very soft and shower door didn’t close completely, but otherwise well maintained.

The location, views and staff were great. The room was a reasonable size and the bathroom was good. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The breakfast was also good, with a nice selection of food and there was a different variety every day.

The softest and lumpiest mattress and pillows ever.

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Reza at reception for his exceptional kindness and welcoming attitude. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast with that stunning view was the perfect way to start each day. Everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The breakfast buffet is all handmade by chef including pastry dough. It is marvelous. The view from the breakfast nook is all glassed in with 33 side open for balloon viewing. The front desk is very accommodating.

The hotel stands up for its name. The amazing view in the terrace makes me feel relaxed. It was an amazing stay. I set up my alarm just to watch several hot air balloons take flight. It was an awesome and unforgettable experience. thank you

- Room finishing works unfinished (visible pipes) in the bathroom, missing door in the shower- Toilet leaking, although we raised it to the reception no staff came to take care of it - Strong and unpleasant smell in the bathroom - Breakfast buffet big but quite average … there is no real coffee (instant coffee only available)

The hotel had an amazing breakfast buffet. It was the highlight if our stay! The location is great. Really close to the bis station and everything else in Göreme.Our room was comfortable and clean.The guy at reception was very friendly and helped with every possible issue. The hotel also offers tours and airport pickup. From the rooftop terrace you have an amazing view. I will come again.

Rooftop terrace with incredible views every morning of balloons at launch and in the sky. Location only 5 minutes walk from bus station. Plenty of restaurants & cafes nearby. Comfortable room with good WiFi and hot shower. Breakfast buffet was substantial. Very friendly staff who provide full travel agency services for tours.

Nowhere to hang wet clothes.

Great view of the balloons! Super close to town, the staff let us keep our bags there after we checked out and let us use the facilities until we went to the airport! The free breakfast was a bonus

Toilet seat was broken, otherwise everything else was great!

Mohamed and Reeza were exceptional staff, they were incredibly hospitable and helpful since the day we arrived until we left. They assisted with all our tour arrangements, attended to all our needs, and made our stay really easy. We also loved the location in terms of getting to see hot air balloons passing our hotel room window every morning. We enjoyed the lovely spread of breakfast.

It was in the center of Goreme. Easy access to everything. Staff was very helpful and the view was awesome.

Just 2-5 minutes’ walk to the main food area and the bus station with stunning views of the hot air balloons right from the hotel.
