The host was very welcoming. The breakfast was good.

The room had a very strong disinfection smell. The room heater didn?t work.

My room's ceiling was leaking very bad due to rain, though the issue was solved, good maintenance is a must

We stayed 4 nights at Luvi Cave Hotel, and our experience was beyond exceptional. Every aspect of our stay was superb, but what truly made it unforgettable was the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, kind, and genuinely helpful.A special shoutout to Boris, whose thoughtfulness made our trip extraordinary. He welcomed us with a birthday cake, arranged everything seamlessly, and responded quickly to all our questions and needs.The room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the rooftop was wonderfully cozy with its warm fireplace—perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was amazing every single morning: fresh, delicious, and plentiful.And the view… absolutely fairytale-like, especially when the hot air balloons rose into the sky. It felt magical.If there is anything better than an “excellent” hotel, Luvi is truly at the top. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay. Highly recommended.

Luvi is a wonderful proberty in the central Cappadocia town of Goreme. It was a perfect base for our stay in the region. What made it absolutley exceptional was Gurkab, the hotel manager. We are seasoned international travelers, but Gurkab's time and intention with us in setting up an itineray and recommending and arranging tours was truely over-the top. Such a fun and personable man - I feel like I have a Cappadocia connection that will stay with me always. Addtionally, we found all the staff; from the young men that helped with our luggage to the ladies who put up an incrediable daily breakfast to be absolutely charming.

The terrace area is amazing with loads of space (including an indoor area) to watch the balloons, it felt like it was in the centre of the whole of Goreme with prime viewing. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, we loved it. Staff was great too and very helpful!

The hotel was conveniently located near the center of Göreme. We could see the hot air balloons from the rooftop terrace, which was an amazing experience. The owner was very friendly and gave us clear explanations about the tours and local attractions. Our room was spacious and clean, and the towels were changed daily. Breakfast was also quite good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Need more lights in the bathroom.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights and we LOVED our stay. 11/10 overall. The hotel staff were so lovely and they made our stay all the more memorable. Great hotel terrace where you can see the sunrise with the hot air balloon.

Everything was perfect.

Room was beautiful and very clean. Was nice visiting with the property Manager/owner and staff. Enjoyed the rooftop bar. I would stay again if we ever return to the area. They were knowledgeable with the area and helped book tours /hotel transfers and made great recommendations on places to eat. GREAT HOSPITALITY! I was nervous about going to Turkey but they made me feel relaxed.

Wish it was a little cooler in the room. It wasn't unbearable. I'm just used to my house being very cold when I sleep. They were very nice and provided me with a fan.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was wonderful! Our room was very comfortable - it was the best hotel we stayed at in Turkiye. We also love how the room is tastefully designed. We loved the terrace because you could see hot air balloons in the mornings.

The AC was only in the entrance hallway. The bedroom is too hot to sleep in during summer without a fan/AC inside the bedroom…The bathroom sink was a little clogged and water was slow to drain.

Loved both the facilities and the great service! Super good recommendations from Arif and Boris. Great location with wonderful and interesting rooms. The view from the roof top leisure areas particularly nice. Highly recommend!

what’s there to not love!! The property was stunning, the service was outstanding and the location is prime!

our only hiccup was with the breakfast. Our package included breakfast and I had informed them as soon as we booked that I was celiac and needed gluten free options. Unfortunately, there was nothing on the breakfast buffet that was gluten fee. However, their service was so good with everything else that I am sure if we really complained, they would have found a solution but most of our days were long so we decided to just skip breakfast and sleep in instead starting on day 3.

Staff were super friendly (Gurkan, Baris and the others). Our room was really comfortable and the a/c worked really well. The design and aesthetic in a cave is really cool, both figuratively and literally. The hotel helped us book the hot air balloons (butterfly balloons), as well as shuttle transfer to from and from the airport. The focus of this hotel and its stuff is to build trust and their aim is to be very transparent with everything, including costs. You can trust them. All the amenities are new, functioning and work great. ALSO, if you are a tourists from Asia who just wants to book this hotel for the hot air balloons instagram shots from the rooftop, just know that wind conditions dictate on the day whether all hot air balloons fly over the city centre. It just depends on the luck of the day the direction of the wind whether you get to see them.

The breakfast area is ideally better above ground than below ground, but I understand this will be the case very soon.

The location and staff were first rate! Love they also had Max roaming around. Hotel was responsive to email and helped book tours and hot air balloon ride. Would definitely stay here again. Shout out to Boris whose customer service is top notch.

Nothing really

The people at this property were amazing. Someone spent 10-15 minutes with us everyday helping make sure we were taken care of. They helped book our adventures, airport transfers, taxis, helped suggest the right hikes for us and were looking out for us the entire time. The views were stunning and we loved staying here. Highly recommend if you want something quality with the right price. Make sure to ask for whatever eggs you want at breakfast.

For breakfast, we didn’t really know what it was we were eating and it was a bit of trial and error to figure out what was right for us.

Excellent hotel with professional and friendly staff who are always ready to help. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with fresh options every day. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the entire Goreme area—especially from one of the several terraces. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with super comfortable mattresses that ensure a truly restful stay. A perfect spot for a comfortable and atmospheric getaway!

Amazing location (2 mins walk to the town centre) beautiful room (deluxe cave suite), the friendliest and most helpful staff you could ask for, good breakfast, coffee and water on tap and a nice roof terrace to watch the balloons from.

Couple of niggles - sound on TV didn't work (though I didn't report it, I'm sure they could have fixed it). Door handle to bathroom was loose and came off in the hand regularly. Could do with a privacy screen on the bathroom door from the main bedroom. These are nitpicks though - it really was great.

Everything was good. Location, Rooftop, Terrace, and so on. You can see the balloons at the rooftop and terrace. And the staff were very kind, and the breakfast was wonderful. If I travel to Cappadocia again, I would stay here again! And I’m also gonna recommend here to my friends.

The drain in the bathroom sink was a bit slow.

Pics in booking isn’t matching rooms I’ve checked all pics in booking of rooms but couldn’t find layout we’ve got and our room looked smaller than promoted in booking. Would be much better to have accurate pics of room before booking it
