This property is perfectly located for all your excursions. Staying by the Nevsehir castle was perfect. The staff was outstanding, especially Ruslan he helped us arrange a horseback ride and spa day. He was critical in making our stay in Cappadocia excellent!

Great turkish breakfast. Greatly view from balcony restaurant. Very friendly staff. Everything is authentic. City is nearby, great spot for instangram post is on hotel top, and 2 km from hotel is perfect spot. I recommend this place

Nothing specially. Just to tell what to expect. Cave rooms have dust, normal thing, because of stone they are made of. Cappadocia is a dusty place. Those who expect British breakfast, don't get your hops high, you get a lot of cheese and little meat. That is Turkish breakfast

Location, staff, cleanliness

Unique experience at a very awesome place. The staff were incredible, All of them. Ruslan and Mahmoud these guys are rocking. Chill and very supportive. Even the owner. The room was very good. The restaurant was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed the views of the balloons. The breakfast was incredible!Will definitely come back again!

The rooms tend to get stuffy without ACs but they provided fans.

Absolutely stunning, truly a cave hotel, they will make sure you are satisfied with your stay and are very hospitable. Terrace, taxi services, and polite staff. The owner is wonderful.

Naturally because its a cave hotel there is no AC but they do provide fans.

Poor wifi, you would be Online and suddenly it would go blank, its terrible when you are chatting with your Tour operator who is about to mention time of pick up for the next activity. Facilities in the bathroom like the shower gun was falling off all the time. It was extremely noisy all the time, you cannot get a good night’s rest with these noise levels.

The views of the room was just stunning, waking up to beautiful sights of the Hot Air Balloons taking flight is truly one of the key highlights of staying at this Hotel.The owners were really helpful in making sure that our stay was comfortable - by recommending activities for us to do, helping to co-ordinate airport transfer and transfer within the city. Location of this hotel is at Uchisar, which from what I can see, seems like a quieter side of Cappadocia as compared to the main town Goreme.That being said, it's only a 10 minute cab ride to the main town and I would say the location is better - more quiet and peaceful. Great for Couples who want a getaway - Not too far from the hustle and bustle of Goreme but far enough to feel on a special getaway. Their breakfast was great, a traditional Turkish breakfast spread which we looked forward to each morning before starting our day. The room was great, they had a heater in the room to make sure that we are able to keep warm during the night.

The location was amazing! Close to town and restaurants. Beautiful views and a wonderful Breakfast. Ruslan was very helpful. He gave us a map and outlined the sites we should see. He answered our questions, and gave recommendations when asked. He was very helpful in making our stay wonderful.

The hotel was simply awesome with a great view to uchasir and caves. The receptionist and helping boys were very cooperative with all the helps. Their friendly approach makes all the guests comfortable. They even helped us with we early checking when we reach little buyout of plan timings. The hot air balloon service is available with refund if cancelled.

No sound proof rooms. Parking slots are less.

The stay was very good. The receptionist and hotel boys were very cooperative. The place were it located is on the right to uchasir and ease access to hot air ballon areas. Caves were maintained very well. The breakfast was simply awesome. They receives guests in very respectful manner.

The rooms were not sound proof, we could easily hear from outside the sounds.

Located in a fairy chimney, we were awestruck by the sheer beauty of the property. We stayed in winters only for a day. We wished we could stay longer. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Our check in was at 2pm but we ended up at 8.30am. They gave us our room without extra charge. As we were checking out next day at 5am and would have missed our breakfast, they offered us breakfast on first day itself. Highly recommend.

It’s my first time in cappadokia , I like the area and the mountains with the caves.My goal was for the balloon fly trip , but I done other experiments ( like , tour in a classic car , Turkish night , camel riding and others ).The hotel is like an graved room in the mountain , nice rooms and facilities , nice people , especially ( Roslyn , Masood , Ginga ) from reception , very helpful and mahout from the breakfast .Nice views from the lounge and restaurant .

Internet service was bad in the room , and the wifi was little weak

The view from our bedroom (wine cellar) was amazing and the room was very spacious. You can see the balloons from the balcony in the morning. The bed was a good size and very comfortable, and the jacuzzi bath was great. The staff are all very nice and accommodating.

Although the breakfast was tasty, there was a little too much food for two people.

Hotel staff was great ans supportive, specially the guy named Ruslan, breakfast was the highlight. They have a seperate Shisha Room and house wines as well. Their SkyLounge is also good. Located just few kms from Goreme.

Hotel was built on a mountain and there are caves, so getting around was not easy, like from one room to another or from room to restaurant.
