Mosaic Cave Hotel

We had such a good stay at Mosaic Cave and would suggest it to others. It is in a great part Göreme with a bit of everything walking distance. Mustafa and his wife + staff were amazing during our three day stay. The hotel is very nice and peaceful with a terrace overlooking the area. What stood out most was their genuine willingness to help. Whether it was arranging transportation, giving local recommendations, helping with language translation, or even assisting in our guided tours. Their kindness and professionalism were truly exceptional.We arrived early and we were able to have breakfast and check in a bit early. They helped in coordinating & planning our nightly plans with relevant local events. We booked our private guided trip with them as well and it was a huge help for maximum site seeing. Prices were accurate and matched the market.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and Munevver, the woman in charge of breakfast when we were there was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are cave-like and so have little natural light coming in. Can seem small and dark at times, but it was definitely suitable!

Location was excellent. Staff was outstanding. This was somewhat of a last minute trip with limited time. They assisted with booking us both a group tour(red) and private(green); Turkish night, camel ride and our ride to and from the airport. It was a last minute ask and they far surpassed our expectations. The room was completely spotless! New AC/heat and was very comfortable. Would stay again!

Breakfast was a big spread and very hearty. All food were prepared by Munevver.The the reception guys were helpful and knowledgeable. they gave tips and helped us a lot.

Super friendly hosts & staff. Mustafa and team were very helpful and accommodating. He also helped us plan with all activities and airport shuttle. Breakfast was also amazing with many options and flexibility.

The property was in a great location close to great restaurants and activities. The staff was top notch and helped plan airport pick up and all of our activities (including balloon ride, day-long tour, and ATV riding), which made our trip very easy and fun. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a suite that worked great for our family of four. I highly recommend Mosaic Cave Hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was very nice and Munawwar did a great job with the food, Mohammad was also kind enough to offer us to look after our kids for breakfast while we enjoy the Balloon view from the terrace. We had a great experience at Mosaic and will recommend anyone with a family staying here

The breakfast was delicious and the staff made us fresh eggs. My mother is gluten free and they even went out and bought special food for her to eat during our stay.

The location was perfect, about 10 minutes walking from the bus station and city center. The room was spacious and spotless clean. The terrace had a beautiful view of Goreme town and of the balloons in the early morning. Breakfast was delicious and most of all, the staff were outstanding! They were even able to accommodate a complimentary early check in for my stay! Cihan assisted with the tours and any other advice at the front desk, Aytekin always welcomed me with a smile and the ladies Münevver and Sabiha provided amazing housekeeping and breakfast!

The staff was really nice, the bedroom was very clean and big for a family of 5. The location is good. Short walk to restaurants, cafe shops and shoppingThe hotel is up on the hill so at 5:30 am you have a great view from the top of their roof to see all the balloons.

The breakfast is good but pre established. Ones you've stayed in Turkey for more than 7 days. You wish for other breakfast options. Internet could work better. Not a big deal!!!

The hotel rooms were great and in some ways unique. Kids really loved it. Breakfast was good as well, and in a pleasant location. Hotel was also quiet and had good proximity to some great nearby restaurants that were walkable.

The only thing I didn't like was finding the hotel. They really need to put out a sign at the turnoff to the top of the hill where they are located because we sruggled to find them and navigating the streets is already difficult at best.

From beginning to end, Mustafa was beyond helpful. Follow his suggestions. Period. Airport pick up, balloon, horses, restaurant - all top notch. The breakfast was lovely. All of the support staff were incredibly kind. I would not hesitate to stay here again. 10/10

The setting/scenery around the hotel was spectacular, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating to our needs! Mustafa and the staff were very helpful in planning and coordinating different activities around Cappadocia, as well as airport shuttles. I also enjoyed the breakfast spread each morning. They showed an amazing level of hospitality, and I even had a second stay at the Mosaic with my partner the following week. Highly recommend!

Rooms are really nice in this hotel, they’re authentic and well cared.Staff is amazing, always willing to help with tours, transfers, restaurant suggestions, etc.Breakfast was also very good!

I liked everything about it from the very first minute. The owner greeted me once I arrived, upgraded my room, helped me book tours, and gave me good advice. The location is great, the staff is fantastic, and the breakfast is excellent, 11/10
