A pleasant room in the amazingly beautiful village of Sisi. This was our first time in Sisi an we loved it. We will definitely be back. One of our highlights was The Jolly Roger bar next door (literally) with great live rock music. We were there for 2 nights over a weekend and there was music on both nights.We visited Spinalonga - via Plaka (45 mins drive) and also Milatos Cave ( 20 mins drive). Both amazing and highlights of our 10 day holiday in Crete.

We had originally booked a room with a sea view. However, because it was our anniversary we paid extra to get a suite. I honestly could see no difference between the 2 when we arrived. Our 'suite' was quite cramped and did not have the extras promised. I think the extra was a little area with a sofa as seen in the photos.

Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests. I genuinely felt like a valued guest, and it made all the difference.Overall, an exceptional experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, and top-notch service.

The bed was too small, just a double, I had to sleep on the sofa, and the balcony with jacuzzi needed updating, the old air-conditioning unit's need removing as they are unsightly .....m

Breakfast was good and rich. Ervin from staff is such a helpfull person and very kind.

The room wasn t even in the pictures, they put us in one small room that smelled badly from humidity and nothing to do with the pictures described or with the view. The spa area was not at the same place and it had an extra fee and we weren t able to get in because of the time( different time of closure than what was written) we had dinner there, but o boy...wherever you could eat wayyyy better than there. So disapointing.The bathrooms near restaurant were filthy and not functional.

Great room and location in a super welcoming community village of Sissi. Good choice of food for all.

The people smoking near the restaurant and the lack of privacy between the rooms. We could hold hands across the patio when in the jacuzzi. The rules on the dreaded towels on sun beds was not managed by the hotel.

No beach directly from the hotel but it is a 12 min walk. So many people in the swimming pool

Short on maintenance. Door locks not working properly. Fittings coming loose.

I can say that in this place, work most friendly and helpful people what we met. They will help you with all your requests and questions. Also here you can find a very good restaurant with delicious breakfast and dinner.

One detail some was very sad it is lounge zone. I think the management of the hotel needs to think about the renovation of some of those places.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for setting out to see the rest of Crete and for wandering around in Sissi itself. Communal areas were kept clean and tidy and there was a pleasant atmosphere throughout. Aircon did an amazing job!

Room was a bit in the small side. There is a lot of variation in room sizes for what are ostensibly the same class of room. That said this is a minor niggle and wouldn't stop me going here again.

The location is peaceful for a quiet get away with out distraction.

Upon arrival (early hours) we were informed our rooms would be ready after breakfast and a substitute room was provided. We couldn't unpack or settle. The next day, we waited until 2pm for our room. As a coeliac sufferer, I messaged ahead and was assured I would be catered for. It took 4 servers to understand what gluten free was and although options were pointed out to me, they were limited, only fish and peas one night. No desserts except icecream. There are limited sunbeds for the number of guests and 4 of us shared 2 beds whilst others were sitting on the floor. There was no offer of a complimentary drink or anything for the inconvenience.

Central, staff very helpful, room was huge, shower was phenomenal and AC included in price and actually woke up cold

Room was great with big balcony. Beds are excellent. And last but not least breakfast is supergood.

We paid extra for a de-lux room with a sea view balcony. The room was very compact compared to other places we have stayed and the whole complex was a 'rabbit warren' with many rooms squeezed in...

The buffet breakfast was quite extensive and varied which was good. However, many of the cooked items were lukewarm to bordering cold. Seems the bain marie were not working...

Realtively quiet resort. Good opportunities for dining out.

Room very small. Crowded breakfast room at peak breakfast time.

The beds were very hard and there was a party near the hotel that lasted till 6 o clock in the morning, the rooms are not sound proof.

Staff at front counter attitude problem was told there was no rooms left went for lunch checked on computer and booked room when I went back new people arrived and they asked if rooms were available and they told them yes there are. Panagioti was good and went out of his way and apologised for the other staff. Sleeping was a bit of a problem with spa going off all the time and sitting on balcony next doors windows were open for bathroom and bedroom and a bit uncomfortable sitting out there and neighbour coughing and farting. Wanted to stay extra night but decided to leave.
