    • The staff are so friendly and solution-oriented that they make you feel truly special. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, and the food is fresh and delicious every day. When we couldn’t get a taxi and urgently needed to catch the ferry, the lovely owner of your hotel, dear Matina, kindly drove us there herself. Many thanks to dear Matina and her team.?
    • The Gaia Garden was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and the place was spotlessly clean.  Our room was superb - I think that they may have been recently refurbed because they were beautiful. The first floor outside terrace for meals was lovely, and the restaurant staff were so attentive, constantly clearing plates or finding things for you.  The food was great.
    • The garden was very pretty and everything was clean and comfortable.

    Cons -

    • There is almost nothing we didn't like - we had a wonderful holiday there.I suppose the only thing would be that it is a 10/12 minute walk down to the beach...but that is being so picky. The place is lovely.
    • None. Absolutely nothing.Don't believe any bad reviews. Some are just downright silly.
    • Music in the bar is sometimes too loud after 10 pm and can be heard in the rooms near the pool.

I took my partner for a birthday holiday, and it was way beyond any expectations we both could imagine. The staff were attentive, fun and extremely caring. Even though we checked out and had to wait until the evening for our flight, we got to continue laying by the pool with the all inclusive continuing. The food was simple but varied and delicious. A BBQ was on one night and it was great. The waiters were great fun and looked after you. They threw in a Greek dance with all the guests for good measure. The room was modern, comfortable and just downright incredible. The poolside was comfortable and perfect for a lazy day and we found ourselves mainly staying there because of how good it was.I don't think you'll find a more incredible place. If you want a quiet and peaceful time away, this hotel is for you.We will be back :)

I really liked the location and the garden. Very friendly and helpful staff. I particularly thank Mrs. Electra who satisfied all my countless requests.

Great hotel/resort full of service, clean and modern rooms, all-inclusive meals and drinks.

    10MarinaPosted on: 8-2-2024

We were in a newly renovated room with a view of the pool (room number 21). It is equipped as in a 5-star hotel (bluetooth mirror in the bathroom, computer in the room, smart TV...)Food was delicious and varied. We liked that there was plenty of shade around the sunbeds by the pool.

Music in the bar is sometimes too loud after 10 pm and can be heard in the rooms near the pool.

Good room, modern and well equipped. Is quite cramped for 4 adults particularly the balcony. Plenty sun beds by pool. Bar staff are friendly, restaurant staff look like they really don’t want to be there - miserable!

All inclusive food was very basic and all inclusive drinks package is very basic (no cocktails) and finishes at 11pm which is too early.

    10StevenPosted on: 7-18-2024

Loved my stay here! The room had recently been refurbished and had all the amenities I could have wanted and more (kettle, coffee machine, iron. The bathroom mirror was even a bluetooth speaker!). Far exceeded expectations

All inclusive drinks were somewhat limited but had beer and selected spirits. Cocktails etc were chargeable but that's not entirely uncommon.

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms. I will for sure visit again

Little loud music until midnight. But tolerable for families with kids

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gaia Garden and I must say, it was truly a remarkable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and attentive staff that set the tone for our entire stay. The cleaners at the hotel were nothing short of amazing. Our housekeeper, Tila, was an absolute gem. She not only kept our room spotless and immaculately clean but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Her daily check-ins to see if we needed anything were a thoughtful touch that truly elevated our experience.I must also commend the exceptional service provided by the front desk agent, Xheni. When we mentioned that our flight was scheduled for later in the day, Xheni graciously arranged for a late check-out and even went the extra mile to set up a shower for us to freshen up before our departure. Her kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed and made a lasting impression on us.Thank you to the entire team at Gaia Garden for making our stay so special. We cannot wait to return in the future!

The accommodation, pool area and it was a nice location very clean

    9TerencePosted on: 5-9-2024

Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was clean and attractive. Our room was of high standard and newly refurbished. Excellent value for money.

    10SamPosted on: 5-3-2024

The staff are amazing, complementary red wine on arrival to your room, cleaners are spot on every day. I even received a bottle of Prosecco on my birthday! Complementary keychains when we checked out. All the staff are happy, food was very good. Layout of the hotel is stunning, it's like mini villas situated in a village. The view from our balcony was amazing, the sunrise and sunset is fantastic and we could see a small farm opposite, we stayed in room 120.

Not enough seating the the restaurant, could do with 4 more tables (16 more chairs).

Location, staff, decor, clientele- we feel it’s better for older travellers and not for families with young children. Staff are exceptional. Food and beverage are a great standard. Some reviewers suggest the decor is dated, we disagree, it’s of a style that suits the ambiance and layout. Rooms cleaned daily, grounds maintained well. This was our second stay and will return next year- they have many returning guests which speaks volumes-please don’t change!

Had a large lovely room but with an adjoining door, will seek to avoid that next year

Breakfast was greatLocation is great very close to town and port

    9NinaPosted on: 9-3-2023

Super friendly staff; nice pool and apartment area - lots of plants, not super crowded; good variety of foods

stray cats at the hotel area also at the dining area

A little peace of heaven. Everything gorgeous - the staff, the room, the pool, the food ?

    Nothing!

    6BarneyPosted on: 8-16-2023

The pool and outdoor seating area.

The food, appearance of rooms, drink options available on all inclusive package.

    6BonniePosted on: 7-27-2023

The setting with garden and trees/flowers is nice. The facilities are generally good for kids. The people around the property are generally very kind and also helpful.

The overall standard is not that high. For instance the pool tends to be somewhat crowded and not so clean. Also too much smoking around the pool area. The ‘normal’ issue with reserved sun beds is also prevalent here. The breakfast is sub-par with too much pre-made food (but small kids like it though) - so we did not feel like having lunch or dinner there. Lastly, I will mention that the location is a bit off, it’s quite a walk to beach/tavernas and the city is almost prohibitively far for walking. Out of our 5 hotels/locations in Greece during summer 2023 this was the most expensive but also the place we liked the least so will rate it 3/5.
