Breakfast can be better

It was our first time in Kos. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming,advising us of the best places to go on the island. The location simply couldn't be better. After a varied breakfast we would walk out of the hotel straight onto the charming harbour. The balcony overlooking the harbour was lovely, watching the boats and people come and go. The pool was a bonus and was a good size. We loved our stay and would return.

Nice location, close to the beach, the harbor and the restaurants. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Light walls, especially old wooden room doors, that even a whisper can be heard behind them. We booked the room with the option to pay at the facility, yet my credit card was charged before we arrived.

For business and pleasure I am in and out of hotels all the time - I have never had this kind of service. Not only were we kindly allowed to check in at morning arrival by ferry from Turkey, we were given free breakfast that morning, after spending the night on turkish side. Amazing, susch a worm hospitality and especially apreciated by our a bit tired daughter. Thank you so much - apart from that our stay was perfect, room with harbour view (upgraded free of charge) simply stunning.

The staff, the breakfast and the outlook were all extremely good

Only one minor quarm, the pool was very cold, it is sheltered from the sun most of the day and doesn't seem to be heated in any way. But this is only a minor, the rest of the facilities were first class

The location of the hotel is awesome, the front desk officer was so helpful, also the view of the room was awesome, they also serve breakfast which is quite good, I highly recommend this hotel

Always welcoming staff team, easy access to rooms via lift, would balcony room overlooking harbour. Well located for town and boats. Hotel has a good swimming pool. Good simple breakfasts, easy access to town

Decor getting a bit tired.

I only stayed one night as I had a late flight in and an early ferry out but the location was perfect for that. The reception was staffed in the early hours. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I had stayed there before and it has a good pool with a bar.

The rooms are a little dated and they don't all have a very good aspect so it's pot luck how good your view is. Mine wasn't great but perhaps thats because I was only there one night but if I was given that room for a longer stay I would have been disapointed.

Breakfast was nice a good selection.

Our room smelt of smoke. We had been out all day & it smelt like there had been people in our room smoking continuously since we left.

Lovely hotel even if it is a little tired, perfect location, lovely staff, we will be back next year.

My toilet paper wasn't cleared from the previous guests - something I discovered at 6 in the morning. No service at the bar 6pm.

Tidy hotel with clean rooms and good value. Nice pool area, and decent breakfast and good location. Only there one night in transit so really no time to evaluate further. Staff super helpful!

Like most of the hotels in this range, you have to hunt around for electrical outlets for charging.

Room renovation like it was done by amateur. Bad Bad room. Furniture from 20 years ago. Coffee in room was not replenished daily, seems only 1 time complimentary. No smart tv so enjoy the greek tv with no English.

Reception staff were very friendly & helpful with a swift checking in process.Room was like an apartment with bags of room.

The price was very high for the basic condition. I think the rooms would be far nicer without the carpet!
