Maritina Hotel

We had a nice stay at Maritina. The room was very clean, though a bit on the small side—especially the bathroom. It also had a small terrace, which was a nice addition. The bed was large, but the mattress was too soft for our liking, so it wasn’t the most comfortable. Once the windows are closed, the room is quiet, but with them open you can hear some noise in the evenings and at night from nearby bars. The A/C works well, so that wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, including local dishes. We didn’t use the swimming pool—it looked a bit small—but the terrace has a lovely bar. Location is just perfect, everything (port, restaurants, etc.) are at walking distance.

Rooftop pool. Lovely breakfast and good sized room. Friendly staff. Easy walk to centre and port.

The broken fixture in the bathroom, an electrical wire dangling with just tape covering the end, and paper thin walls.

Doesn’t match the pictures. It’s VERY different from the pictures . But it was not expensive ; and the room was clean ; staff super polite. But the pictures do not match.

It was impossible to get any sleep during the night because of the noise - talking, shouting-coming from other hotel guests who were very obviously drunk.

Location and the checkin lady’s smile is all I can recommend about this property.

Corridors, rooms full of dust. Beds were creaking, pillows were rock hard, bathroom was not clean. Pool was a joke, couple of bathtubs wide and maybe a several long..

The location, cleanliness and comfortable facilities. The parrot is a plus. We had a lovely time there.

Good looking rooms, modern and clean, great air conditioning - ultra quiet and cool.

The reception area looks dingy compared to the rooms. The breakfast is self service.

It was close to the center of Kos town. Staff were very helpful. Stores and restaurants in area if one did not want to go to the center. Close to the archaeological sights Great breakfast. I would stay here again if I returned to Kos

I did not find anything i did not like

The receptionist was very helpful. I travelled to Kos, in early April, before the proper start of the season so I found it difficult to be able to travel around the island. However, the receptionist was very helpful in booking a taxi for me to travel to the airport and I'm sure they would have helped with taxi to other places if I asked earlier. The breakfast was also very nice.

The pool was closed when I visited although this makes sense as I went before the start of the season and I believe they were renovating it.

Room was clean and big enough for 3 people, with a nice balcony. Nice district, very handy to most of the places. Breakfast was also good enough .Friendly staff

We chose the Maritina due to its proximity to the port, Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast included was really good. Not only was it within in easy walking distance to the port but also virtually around the corner of the Ancient Agora, Hippocrates’s plane tree and a couple of other sites. We were very satisfied.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and serviced regularly, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay.Breakfast was excellent, offering a plentiful selection with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. It was a great way to start each day.The front desk staff were particularly helpful, always friendly and ready to assist with any queries or recommendations. The pool and pool bar were fun at the end of the day when the sun was not too hot. The bartender at pool was was a skit, very fun and helpful. Breakfast and coffee were great … good variety. Staff very helpful with printing boarding passes.

We had a party group on our floor so noisy when they broke up their group at 3:00 a.m.

The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to every where . Breakfast is very good , different choices. The only thing is missing from the room is sleepers .
