The stay was amazing from beginning to end. Very good vibes from the hospitality upon check in and all the staff members were very courteous The restaurant H2MO was great and we ate there daily.

Great location, professional staff and beautiful view.

The staff were wonderful, really helpful and friendly - great suggestions for pool access in the sister hotel and to get to the sandy beaches (local beach is pebbles). Location was spot on, outside of the noisy part of town but a very short walk into the centre. The deck over the beach and direct access to the sea were wonderful. 10 minute walk to the bus station to access the lovely beaches in Tingaki and Marmari. Breakfast was fabulous with many options

The bed could have been a little more comfortable and had a noisy spring.

Great location on the water. Walking distance to the restaurants, shops and historic sights. Also a short ride to beautiful beaches.

The waterfront views, restaurant breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfy, location within walking distance to main sites and staff were lovely and welcoming

The bed quilt was a little too warm but nothing to worry about

The views, the food in the restaurant especially at lunchtime or in the evening. One of the waitresses in the evening was particularly friendly.

The staff at breakfast are a bit surly. They could smile more.Also the quality of tea and coffee is poor. Lipton teabags are budget teabags and do not taste good. The coffee is also not good even when you pay for a cappuccino or other specialty coffee. This detracts quite a lot from what is otherwise a good quality breakfast.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and had a stunning view. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast.

We had two rooms and the bed was not comfortable in one of the rooms.

Great city hotel, just by the sea. Good location. Love spectacular sea view from the balcony. Very good breakfast. Stayed already numeros time while in Kos for a bussines. Highly Recomended.

Lovely room with beautiful sea views, the sea was almost in touching distance. Easy walking distance to restaurants, old port and shops.

The sun only shines on the balcony in the morning, but there is a sun terrace.

3rd level sea view is so close and the included breakfast second to none. Staff is friendly and the location is central to Kos town and bike and car rental and antiquities

We had a vacation with our 8 year-old and we enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was very good, rooms are comfortable and all you can see is the beautiful Egean sea. It was nice to sleep and wake up with the sound of waves. Really good location and friendly staff. Recommended.

Amazing sea view by every room they ve in facikity. They ve got good open buffet for breakfast. Only 1 recommedation i ve to hotel: a coffee machine for open buffet breakfast is a need for you guys. Thanks for amazing time that we share with.

The location is excellent and hotel is at the beach front. Room is spacious and bathroom was renovated. Room was clean and well organized. Breakfast was very good with variety of food.
