Pros +
- Everything was amazing. Right from the hospitality of the staff at the reception, the folks in the dining area, and everyone. The view from the balcony was amazing. It allowed us to even take part in the night events straight out of our balcony. The location of this hotel is still good given how scarce public transport can be and even at times the availability of taxis. It's about a 5km walk to Kos Town and largely flat. The spread of breakfast and dinner is also amazing, there's more or less something for everyone with ample options for vegetarians as well.
- Location was good, just out of Kos town but not too far. You could get a bus easily. The room was nice and had a great view, a lot of room near sea. The staff were helpful and nice.
- The pool area was lovely very clean hotel and well maintained , the rental bikes were a must. Two ladies with glasses on reception very helpful and friendly and Anna at the bar was fantastic. Bottle of water and fresh towels in room every day was great. Entertainment in the evening was lovely touch
Cons -
- The pool was quite small for the size of the hotel and mover mornings the loungers had towels on them before breakfast. We resorted to getting loungers by the sea a couple of days. There was loud music by the pool every day, mostly doof doof based music which wasn’t great. They could do with not having music at all as most people had headphones.Could i advise that they put labels in the vegetarian and salad dishes and not just meat dishes as some salads had meat but this was not obvious soo we needed to ask every day.
- Booked further out of Kos Town to avoid noise pollution but due to Loud music early every morning from Bar/ loud Maintenance works etc was hard to sleep. Beach is not suitable for swimming like other beaches In Kos so that was a little deceiving. Drainage in hotel room was very bad shower was overflowing into the bedroom smelt everyday . Twin beds with no option to lock together meant they kept sliding apart. Bad attitude from one of the bar girls was very sarcastic made people uncomfortable and said not having glasses or Whiskey wasn’t her problem. Bar Staff at night where more interested in smoking and looking on there phones around the corner than serving. Breakfast was catered to mainly Germans. Was told I couldn’t have coffee with my desert as it was only for breakfast time
- I didn't like the loud english music during meals, especially in the morning. Greek music during lunch and dinner would have been better, but again not too loud. In the breakfast was provided only cow milk products. It would have been nice if there were also vegan alternatives like soya milk or almond etc.I didn't like that in the sweets of the buffet there were no allergens written.

Location and accommodation exactly next to the sea. We enjoyed the best sunsets just a few steps away from our room.We had the half pension and we had the possibility to choose dinner or lunch. It was nice this kind of flexibility.I like that in the buffet in every food the allergens were written.

Fantastic pool and access to the beach, nice layout and grounds
We stayed in a premium bungalow and it was effectively a standard double room with a balcony, just not in the main hotel building so not quite to the specification we were expecting.
Staff was friendly.
The beach section was not comfortable. Sea was very wavy, we could not swim at the sea at all. Food was good, but too many choices. Breakfast was better..
Initially was underwhelmed with the busy ness and noise of the main pool area and with the pool barmaid looking fed up. Cocktail in a paper cup is not quite the same however appreciate glass could be dangerous around the pool area. As I explored the following day I found the quiet pool and the option of dining in the beach bar, which is by reservation I assume to secure a quieter atmosphere for those who'd prefer it. Evening entertainment was good, canteen food ok with a good variety of salads. Only stayed for a few nights awaiting flight home, would consider a stop over again now I know what options are available to me. It would have very useful to have been told at check in to alleviate my initial shock. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Room very clean and simple. This hotel suits a variety of needs, busy and active for couples and young people and quieter areas for those who prefer it, something for everyone.
I didn't really like the main area but had other options which was great.
We stayed one week at the Aeolos Beach Hotel and it was amazing!! The bungalows and all the flowers reminded a typical Greek village. The bungalows were spacious and comfortable. The garden and flowers were simply beautiful and the restaurant at the beach had a breathtaking sea view. We wanna thank Maria for taking care of us so well, we felt truly appreciated by her every time we had dinner. She was excellent!!
Staff were wonderful Also very kind to my Dog Offered to Dog sit / walk when I went to Restaurant (!only place Pets Not allowed Bungalow was very nice ( And apparently the also have on offer even more Luxurious I had a lovely Sea view from mine The offered Water and a good Bottle of Rose Wine ( Property is on the Beach They had 2 large Pools One I was. ot keen onnthe other lovely & peaceful durectly by the Beach Had 1/2 Board ( first time in my life ) The Food was good $ tasty
The Beds were terrible Uncomfortable 2 small put together Bedding did not have a Fresh feel / smell to it Strangely they had a Matress cover / 1 Sheet so basically no Cover except a Bedspread It is a lovely property I suggest they solve this Bed issue quickly ,-it brings the Hotel down ( I am surely not the only one which has this issue My only other issues is the should offer Freshly pressed Orange Juice & Fresh Fruit Salad for Breakfast ( even with a extra Fee ) Also the Coffee Machine needs upgrading
Receptionists and housekeeping staff
Most of all, bedding and food. I felt like I was staying at Motel 6. The mattresses, bedsheets, pillows and bedspreads were old. They put 2 single beds together for us. There were old brown bed spreads only on the top of the old sheets. As far as food is concerned, we did know what to eat after the second day. They served the same food, stale bread, frozen or canned vegetables, awful sweetened fruit flavored drinks breakfast time. For dinner time, we had to buy drinks including water. Dinners were pretty bad. So we ended up eating dinner outside. Property needs maintenance such as new paint, minor repairs and landscaping. We had bugs in the balcony for 3 days. They sprayed and swept the bugs for 3 days. It is a 2-star hotel not 4-star. Hotel guests were mostly Europeans. They play loud fast music in the dining hall although they called it a restaurant. It was more like a cafeteria of a college to me.
I stayed only a day. This was the best choice of my stay; I rent a car, easy to find. hosts' warmth and thoughtfulness help. Satisfied location (easy to assess city center, historical site, airport ) all things. Cozy cleaned room, exceptional outside pool and beach.Nice dinner and breakfast:)
Very nice resort on the beach ,bus collected you right outside the hotel for €2 to bring you into Kos town, pool was large and clean, majority of staff were kind especially one lady at reception but never got the name
Food was only ok,had a good variety but quality wasn’t great, everything else was good
lovely sea view room with view over pool to the beach. very spacious room. Great to be located a little way out of Kos town. we had a rental car which made getting around easy.
Food offering was generic. food was fresh and good quality but having eaten at lots of tavernas, more Greek food would have been nice. most guests seemed to be on package tours where meals were included.
Very clean, comfy room. We had a bungalow right next to the pool and 10m from the beach. Everything was spotless, very clean throughout, daily cleaning and the pool was just 5 steps from the back of the room.Top tip,ask for a ground floor room, you will not regret it!The food was very good, with many choices! The reception staff were great. We arrived very late due to a flight delay and we had water, wine and food waiting for us in the room! We also had complimentary late check out and drinks! Will definitely stay here again!!!
We had an issue with the hot water (there was none) for 2 days. The issue was quickly fixed and we received complimentary late checkout plus a bottle of wine. No issues overall, staff very good and reception very attentive!Great place to spend your holls!!!
Really disappointing stay for the money, not worth 2*
The dinner options were very limited and of bad quality, you can’t even see the food in the beach restaurant The beach was not maintained, you get stinged walking on the unmai tainrd grass230€ - too expensive for the offerThe pool had milky water, disgusting to swim inThe staff was not friendly Pictures on booking.com are very misleading and too photo shopped We caught the cleaner cleaning the bathroom with ohr used towela for the next guests …
We had a lovely stay at Aiolos Beach Hotel. The room was spacious with an extra couch. It seemed recently renovated and the bathroom was very modern. We found the food at the hotel very tasty with many options. In specific, in the dinner you could taste all sorts of Greek traditional meals which reminded me my Greek grandmother’s cooking. This is something very special and rare to find in Greek hotels. The hostesses were very friendly and did their best to make our stay memorable. All employees were professional and cared to support you. The swimming pool was huge and we had great time drinking coffee and beers while getting some sun. The lifeguard made you feel safe, especially those with kids playing inside the pool. The hotel’s wifi was decent and never faced any strong issues with it. Of course you have to keep in mind that you are visiting an island that cannot benefit from the high speed of mainland’s hubs.
Booked the premium bungalow and it was magical! The location was perfect, you open your door and you see the pool and beyond the pool the gorgeous beach and sea. Staff was very friendly. The premium bungalows seemed to be built recently, especially compared to the average greek rooms the furniture and interior design felt modern and new.
As other opinions reflected on it as well, the buffet style dinner was rather disappointing, as the food was tasteless and not seasoned at all and we had the impression that most of the dishes were made of canned tomato puree. It was edible, but to have an authentic greek experience, I would suggest to explore in the town nearby.
So clean, so quiet, nice view, kind staff what else we need?
Ouzo is not being served at the beach restaurant as free. Either we pay or need to go have from pool bar. Why? Ouzo your traditional drink you should serve it everywhere.
you get good value for your money- it is not very luxurious but it is good 4 star resort in Greek standards. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is typical hotel buffet food, but it is all around really tasty.the location is very convenient and the area is so huge, even with the hotel totally booked - there must be at least 300 at once - but there is plenty of space for everybody and you still can have a quiet place near the beach.
We booked the all inclusive version- a better variety on cocktails would have been great. it doesn’t have to be high end, but just not all the same typical sweet taste.
The room is nice! Good view & nice breakfast.
It’s not a double bed, it’s two singles pushed together. Not much Greek food and drinks choice on all inclusive super limited. Not real coke etc.
