Pros +
- Stayed for one night. Overall, it covers all the basic needs — it's clean, comfortable, and quiet, even though it’s located just about a 10-minute walk from the city center.
- Very nice hotel in a quiet part of town the breakfast was very good, with outdoor and indoor dining, which was delicious! Very nice place to stay and Kos is a great town to visit!
- Friendly staff, comfortable bed, very good value.
Cons -
- If you wanted to get some water, there was a refrigerator outside where each bottle cost €2. It would be better if the price matched what it costs in supermarkets.
- The surrounding area was residential, but pretty close to the central part of Kos
- I would recommend getting a rental car for Kos especially in winter time (off season) since there is not much to do. Balchony was in the shade during winter time (november).

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, very good value.
Location ideal for me. Modern. Clean . Friendly helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Good hotel with a very central location. Parking was easy and free on the street outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good value and a nice find!! Exceeded expectations for a two star hotel ?

The location is perfect ,you reach Kos square 10 minutes by walking . The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly thanks
It was clean, and located well.
Thin walls, and it doesn’t have soundproof walls
Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and nice room.
The bathroom was very small. There was no hot water on the second day and the shower flooded the bathroom floor and it took a long time to drain away .
Location and Lobby Area
Issues with bathrooms and non-functioning air conditioning units.
The room was spacious and clean and had a small balcony. If you have bags, you will need to catch a cab from the ferry landing--but if you are traveling light, you can walk to the hotel in about 15 min. The hotel is a few blocks from the harbor. The breakfast was decent and fairly priced at 7 euros. It is a quiet hotel in a residential neighborhood. Everything you need--bike rental, car rental, shops, museum, restaurants, tour agencies--is a short walk away.
There is no elevator and the room did not have a refrigerator.
The value for money and location is great. Also the staff was very helpful and the room clean.
A tiny error with the shower and we had a bit noise coming in from the corridor but nothing too bad.
Big room. Comfortable bed. Good aircon. Ok breakfast. Ok WiFi. Good value. Good location: central but quiet.
Only criticism: very small bathroom and tiny shower with poor water pressure.
Centrally located, good value for money, clean
Great location only 5 minutes walk to harbour area, friendly staff and good breakfast.
No pool, but use of pool at a neighbouring hotel was fine.
The location in a quiet road within five minute walk of many bars, Tavernas and supermarket. The place was spotlessly clean and staff friendly. When I got food poisoning the night before I was due to fly home I had no trouble booking extra nights to enable me to recover.
Nothing really.
Absolutely perfect! I was a solo traveller and was extremely welcomed by all the personnel. I was quickly recognized and was addressed by name every time I came in. The employees were always willing to have a conversation, give recommendations, and genuinely be curious! The room was great, exactly what I needed as a solo traveller, and even would be perfect for two people. The location couldn't have been better, it was a quick 5 minute walk to the main boardwalk, and close to shops, grocery stores, and everything you needed. Breakfast was a traditional European breakfast style, yogurt, meat/cheese, some cereal, coffee, etc.
I cannot even think of anything negative!
Lovely renovated hotel in a quiet neighborhood of the city of Kos! Very close to the beach and the center of the town! Ms Marianna and all the staff are very friendly and helpful with any request!!! The rooms are clean and very new with lovely decoration! Nice little balcony too! The hotel is only two floors so the lack of elevator is not a real problem! But it's always indicated in the hotel description and you can choose accordingly!!! Breakfast is very nice with lots of sweet and savory choices and all kinds of coffee!!! Totally recommend it for a visit to the town and island of Kos!!!
Breakfast was good, variety of bread, cheese salami, yogurt, cake, coffee, juice. The beds are very comfortable.Location is great, you can go walking to Kos town in a few minutes.
Just the sound isolation is not very good
The hotel was very clean and comfortable and there was everything you may need in the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Breakfast was absolutely tasty.
