Location is the most which was central to everywhere

Checking in is too late and check out is too early

Very close to many restaurants, close to Port, water front. Size of the room was good, Did not get breakfast. Very professional and friendly staff.

-Friendly and helpful management and staff. -Large reception and lounge area and comfortable chairs - Luggage storage - Breakfast- Within 100 mtrs to passport control for arrival/ Departure from /to Bodrum. Very convenient location especially during bad weather conditions

to run the hot water needed to wait 20 minutes with running water and there were ants and small bugs in the room

Kosta Palace has a perfect location, next to the port and and walking distance to everywhere. I’m offered a sea view room since I’m a repeat guest of the property. The staff is friendly and professional.

Location was right by the water and super close to the ferry port, restaurants and the docks for boat trips out of Kos. Staff was welcoming and had good recommendations for dining/food. Room size was good for group of 3.

Lighting was a bit harsh and the step into the bathroom was a tripping hazard, wish it was marked clearly, but did not impact overall stay.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location, within walking distance to everything — the port, beach, restaurants, and city center. I highly recommend the Deluxe Panorama Rooms — the views are stunning and the comfort is great. The staff were friendly, especially the room cleaner, who greeted us with a smile and positive vibes. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise.

Good location, just at the center, very close to old town, ports, restaurants. Clean and large room, balcony with the view of sea and harbour was a plus for us.

The staff and the cleaning and the problem of disgusting people next to our room that were drunk and shouted all the night

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Kos town and adjacent the harbour. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment with balcony was as expected and had the amenities as advertised. I loved the rooftop swimming-pool and pool bar. And the ground floor outdoor patio was great for breakfast and to watch the goings on of the harbour area drink in hand!

Room 101’s view ! Just 2 meters to neighbourhood hotel’s stairs. But the ıther rooms have marvellous views

We stayed in the most beautiful apartment room of the hotel. The sea view and location were great. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would especially like to express my special thanks to Ms. Hygerta and Ms. Christina. And thank you Kostas, for his kindness.

The only thing that bothers me but is not caused by the hotel is the noise of noisy people on the street and the sounds of buses.

Location is perfect, one side is on the way to the beaches, the other side is the centrum of Kos.

We stayed one the sea view rooms, it was excellent but the only bad thing is the noise of the buses that brings people to the hotel and to the port. Also in the late night 2-3-4-5-6 am people walking on the street are shouting, laughing and talking too loud, (probably drunk) that woke up several times .

Perfect Location & Exceptional ServiceThe hotel’s location is absolutely perfect — close to everything and very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, truly an open buffet with a wide variety of options.What really stood out was the hospitality of the breakfast staff. One staff member in particular was incredibly kind and attentive. My son asked for pancakes, which weren’t available that day, but the staff member went out of their way to have them specially made in the kitchen so he wouldn’t be disappointed. That level of care was truly impressive.We stayed in one of the larger rooms, S212. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was a bit outdated. The toilet made a loud noise for several minutes after flushing — this is something that should definitely be addressed, especially for a comfortable night’s rest.Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. I highly recommend this hotel — you can book with confidence and will definitely enjoy your time here.
