    Pros +

    • Everything was wonderful. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They upgraded our room. View was amazing. Breakfast every morning was incredible. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.
    • First of all, the location was perfect. Not even once did we think to order a taxi or rent a bike. The reception staff was nice, professional, competent, helpful. The rooms were great. The pool was fun and cozy, not crowded.
    • Location, it was clean, and house cleaning and front desk staff was nice

    Cons -

    • The cleaning wasn't done properly, twice. There was some kind of dust or trash on the bed when we arrived, and then the floors remained unpleasantly dirty even after an explicit request to focus on the floors. There was a dirty towel in the room, and no soap.At one point a cleaning lady tried to enter the room like five times in short intervals while we were there, didn't understand English. The taxi in Kos is not as well organized as something like Uber, and there is no shuttle available. But the staff warned us in advance, then ordered a taxi for us, and then did it again when the first one didn't want to wait and left. A little stressful but OK.
    • They advertise a Gym but wasn’t available til 9am. The pool closed at 6pm so when you came back in the evening it wasn’t an option. I understand that it needs treated but that’s too early. Our junior suite had a balcony but wasn’t accessible except through the main bed room so if someone was sleeping you couldn’t use it. The only extra seat in the suit was on the balcony so once again if that room was occupied the other guests had to sit on their bed. Only one luggage holder in a room for 4 guests. Not a thoughtful room for what we paid.
    • Would be great to have some basic items in the kitchen- wine glasses, bottle opener, plates and cutlery. We enjoyed sitting on our deck for drinks.

Rooms were lovely with a fabulous view of the ocean. Lovely pool area behind the hotel. It is about 5mins walk to the ferry terminal and the start of the old town. The beach is literally across the road. The breakfast is a buffet style with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the front of the hotel and the beach.

Would be great to have some basic items in the kitchen- wine glasses, bottle opener, plates and cutlery. We enjoyed sitting on our deck for drinks.

A wonderful room (324) to go along with very polite staff always prepared to answer questions with a smile. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of fresh fruit, nuts, various types of cheese, types of eggs and plenty more. Very clean premises. Well situated close to many tavernas and supermarkets! We’ll definitely consider a return stay!

LocationComfortable bedReception staff very helpful and courteous

Very small pool with insufficient sunbeds and shady half the day without having to move your sunbeds if there was room.Cleanliness of bedrooms, the floor not cleaned daily and bed making not good.Bedroom had no shelf or cupboard space.Very cramped when taking a shower, allmost touching the shower screen!and bathroom could be cleaner.Little choice at breakfast, I've never been to a hotel with no toast avaliable!

Beautiful view of sea from balcony. Great location. Helpful staff at front desk and pool bar.

We learned a few weeks before our arrival that the pool was closing October 31st. Disappointing, but we understood it was the end of the season. What was less understandable was that all the chaises longues were put away despite the beautiful weather. We would have been happy to stack them up again after using them, but this wasn't possible. Fortunately, there were at least regular chairs.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable.Great location on main road in Kos Town with view out to ocean. Staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Pool area was nice to lounge in with bar service and menu available.Breakfast was fantastic with many options including fresh fruit, Granola bar, and a variety of egg and other hot options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a seaview room with a balcony which was gorgeous. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom and hot water pressure was excellent.

    Great breakfast and good location!

It is pretty noisy in the room. Shower lacks curtain so whole bathroom gets wet.

    9DeborahPosted on: 9-30-2024

Breakfast was a terrific selection of local and standard buffet breakfast items and the staff were super helpful too.

Maybe nicer bath towels would be good?

    10aydanPosted on: 9-28-2024

I love everything about the hotel: firstly the staff that tries to make you happy and comfortable, then the breakfast with a big variety, then the big rooms with comfy beds and a balcony. I ll always stay here on my Kos trips.

    9DanPosted on: 9-27-2024

lovely hotel in a great locations, it is right on the beach front, lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, a shop right next door to top up on drinks and snacks etc. the hotel was always clean and tidy, staff were wonderful, very attentive to our needs. breakfast was amazing with lots of selection of different foods,. the room was a great size with balcony facing the pool which captured the afternoon sun.

would of liked a walk in shower rather than shower over the bath, also not alot of sunbeds around the pool, this area got busy really quickly.. none of these 2 points ruined our experience at this hotel, it is a lovely hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a number if reasons, firstly the location is excellent for enjoying Kos by foot. Secondly the rooms with the sea view are fabulous if you're not too busy exploring to enjoy the view and thirdly and probably most importantly if you like to view a good sunrise you can view a spectacular one from the beach across the road from the hotel. (You can swim in this beach but it is stoney.) The rooms are fine size, nothing out of the norm. The cleaners were great, and the breakfast tasty and well varied. As one of our party are vegetarian, there were plenty of options. The poolside is clean, bar and food service good and reasonably priced. The pool itself is rather small. We tried the hotel bar one evening it was extremely quiet.

There were a few disappointments for me. We book a room for 3 and I specifically asked for 3 of everything eg glasses, cup, gown, towels, etc. When we arrived we had sleeping and towel facility for 3 but no extra cup, glass etc. We didn't mind that so much but we paid extra for the sea view but only had 2 chairs. I asked in reception and the chap on reception just said it wasn't possible. I asked if there was other rooms with single occupancy could we have one from there and no, no matter what he would neither give us a chair or check with a manager. The breakfast goes on until 10.30. We arrived one morning at 10.00am. The dining room was full, all crockery was used so we waited at 10.20 we were seated. I don't have any issue with this however at 10.25 a waitress came over and informed us breakfast is finished in 5 minutes. The food was all carted away and the coffee machines all switched off at 10.30 even though we couldn't be accommodated until 10.20. A lot of food wastage and as for coffee machine being switched off I don't understand tge logic. When I'm on holidays I love tobrelax over breakfast I just don't understand why there's such a mad scurry especially when busy to throw people out at 10.30...
