Breakfast was too similar every morning

Food was tasteless, beer tasted like water, terrible wine. They were charging for the sunbeds at the beach. It is 3.70/ea, but you can¿t charge it to the room. No service from/to the port. No taxis available either

Had a fantastic welcome buy Onur, got a great upgrade in the new bungalows.Which are more than beautiful? It was beyond our expectations. The staff is very attentive,food was very good with great options. The beach is beautifulWe extended for one night. And very close to kos town, so very practical. Thank you to the hole team, We had a great stay

Breakfast was awesome. Nice outside area.

Room was stuffy as AC did not work very well. Room had ants all over the floor.

Location. Room 542 has a large terrace and a beautiful view. I liked that there are a lot of staff from the older generation working together with young colleagues

They charge 3eur for the sunbeds! The sunbeds of the pool are very very old!

Close to the beach and close to the city

The rooms are not very tidy, they have an unpleasant smell, the meals are simple, there is not much choice....You can't find a free place to lie by the pool, and a deck chair on the beach costs 4e ?The woman who rents the sunbeds is very unpleasant, also the sea is not very clean....We certainly wouldn't recommend...Price and quality do not match...

Staff at reception were poor

Decent Hotel to stay in Kos. Lampi is very close to Kos port where the all the restaurants and nightlife ar elocated

The rooms are old and bathroom needs renovate.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was good, very close to Kos town. Also staff were animal lovers. Especially the short haired lady at the guest relations was super nice.

The hotel needs serious renovation and modernisation. There was black mold in the bathroom, and every time we took a shower the whole bathroom flooded. There was zero ventilation. Furniture was old. Even the garbage bin was old and rusty in the corner. The swimming pool was too small for all visitors. One time there was 40 something people altogether. My 2 year old son had an eye infection because of that pool. Also the food was super bland and the alcoholic drinks were too watery. The plastic service sheets that are placed underneath the plates were filthy with food residues. The airco in the room did not work well. Elevators were super tiny and often broken.

The pools were fab. The Animation staff were great and hugely entertaining. Beach was beautiful.

People holding sunbeds and not using them made it very hard to get one when you wanted one.

It was a beautiful hotel; great pools, right on the beach and Kos Town was easily accessible either walking (about 40 minutes) or €8 for a taxi. We weren’t all inclusive so I can only comment on breakfast, which had lots of selections and we enjoyed. I would happily go back, I loved the view from our balcony. Room 401.

The drinks in the hotel were quite pricey, we weren’t all inclusive but this was a small thing, and I think it’s 95% all inclusive, so not a problem for most.

Nice pool, next to the beach !

Everybody seemed to be all inclusive so getting dinner or just a snack was complicated and we had to look else where for food .

Our sea view bungalow was beautiful. The food was nice.

The entertainment was poor with exception to one night. Unusual rule on alcohol during certain times of day. Couldn’t have a gin and tonic without lime in it ?
