- Location is fantastic. Clean quite helpful hosts
- Excellent location at the heart of the city! Although the facilities have not been updated since 1970s and was old it was clean. Room has air condition and hot showers. Balcony was nice with a view of the Port. We liked the proximity of the hotel to port, restaurants, shoppings, beach and museum.
- Just stayed for one night but very nice staff and great location to get the ferry the next day to Leros. Staying again on the way back to London
Cons -
- It is an old facility. Towels and bed spreads were really old.
- Mattress in room 312 was too soft. Hubby preferred to sleep on the floor.
- No hot water!!! No net on the window, so I had to sleep with the AC on to keep the mosquitos away. No wifi.

You can see the port from the balcony. It is walking distance from all the major attractions and only 15min dragging heavy suitcases to the ferry port. Its a grand old dame of a place. Generous breakfast can be booked.
Mattress in room 312 was too soft. Hubby preferred to sleep on the floor.
Great location.

location
the room was unclean and the mattress uncomfortable
Good location near harbour.Balcony.Friendly staff.
No breakfast option.Bathroom was small.
My stay was very short and I think this place is quite ok for one night. It's perfectly located if you are taking the ferry in the morning. But for the rest... A bit outdated, especially for the price.
Even though the room and sheets seemed to be clean, it did not feel very clean. I thought it has something to do with the time that those where used. So basically outdated.
Close to the port and boat trips. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. Lift to all floors. Bed comfortable. Small refrigerator.
No hairdryer, no tea/ coffee equipment ( kettle and cups), sea view not applicable. Hotel is at 90 degrees to the seafront with a big screen on the balcony. The bathroom was small and a combined toilet/ wet room with a small stool to sit on when showering. TV entirely Greek language channels. Room overpriced for what was offered.
The location of the hotel was excellent.
The room was very cramped and, unfortunately, I took ill when I was there!
We stayed in room 315.The hotel had a lift. The staff were quite nice, and the view from the balcony towards the port area was good.
The room itself was shabby. We reported the constant runny tap, but to no avail. The fridge was rusty, and unstable The lighting was poor and we asked for a light bulb because one was not working. So all in all our worst experience of Greek accommodation in 40 years.
Receptionist was so kind and helpful. Location was super. It was middle of the center.
İt was so loudly.
flexible check-in, great location, complimentary coffee in the morning, easy to find, spacious rooms, price was worthy, great for 1 night for 3 people
bathroom shower clogged and there was a little poodle in the bathroom which was not great. besides that the rest acceptable for the price and 1-2 nights.
Very well placed as a one night stopover after flying in to Kos & before taking a ferry to the off islands. It was very well priced & consequently had no view or balcony & no kettle in the room. Coffee & tea were available downstairs in the morning. We could trundle our cases across the road to the ferry port easily.
No kettle in room but we knew that in advance,
Ideal location right by the port for ferries and day boats.Economic clean hotel, staff friendly, coffee available in reception free of charge
The great location close to the heart of the city and the abundance of places to eat and have a drink.
Very outdated interior, uncomfortable bed. Everything in the room looked worn out and dull.
The bed was comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean, the aircon was silent.
The plumbing was typically Greek!Tea/coffee missing.
Easy, clean, simple, no fuss, good price. Easy check-in and out. Perfect.
Central Position- close to harbour and bus stop. It’s convenient for a short stay, the hotel is quite dated and offers cheap price and convenience.
We were only there overnight, as we had to get a ferry very early the next morning. The hotel was conveniently located, close to the restaurants for an evening meal & a short walk to the ferry port in the morning. Useful to have a lift when you've got big suitcases!
