Pros +
- Everything about my stay at the hotel was superb - the food was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful whether at reception or at dinner/breakfast, my room was very comfortable and had plenty of space with a nice bathroom. The swimming pool facilities were also excellent. The private beach was an added bonus.
- In a peaceful area but still a 10-15 min cycle / drive to the town. The room was spacious and quite modern and had USB /USBc sockets. Lastly the staff were all friendly and helpful.
- Booked this hotel for my son and daughter who were visiting family.Staff were so welcoming to them and they very much enjoyed their stay.
Cons -
- Very, very small moan but the queues for the coffee machines at breakfast were always substantial; they weren’t the easiest to use.
- You couldn’t request an iron and had to use the laundry service which meant you had to plan your outfits in advance and couldn’t change your mind. The room also didn’t have a smart TV to connect your phone or watch Netflix and etc.
- Travel from the hotel into town is difficult. The wait for taxis is very long, even if booked hours in advance, the wait can be 1+hours. There is no bus reliable service, despite what is advertised. Even transport between the hotel and the airport is unreliable. The hotel may have an opportunity to improve this service, perhaps by organising a shuttle service into Town in the evenings for hotel guests for example. There are no designated non-smoking areas. This could be a consideration both in the restaurant areas and the pool areas. Finally, the beach area could do with a bit more work to bring it to the 4+ standard of the main hotel and its pools. But it is great that hotel management had created a "pathway" with gravel bags under the water from the shore into the sea to ease the entrance into the sea. Would still advise wearing swim shoes at this beach. But honestly, it's a great hotel. Beautiful gardens, very well kept. Beautiful views of the sunset and the hills. We would love to visit again in the future.

Beautiful hotel and very clean with a great choice of breakfast foods. Quiet at night & hard working staff during the day
We loved the environment and in particular the architecture of the hotel settings. The entertainment was good, subtle and authentic. The rooms were clean. The air conditioning in our room (515) was great. The food in the restaurant and poolside cafe was great. The service was excellent. The pools are clean and large with ample room for all. Water polo nets and a basket net we a great hit. The hotel is very well kept in general. Front of desk staff were highly professional and helpful. We would definitely come back to this hotel if returning to Kos. It is possible to rent cars, bikes, scooters just down the street from the hotel.

Breakfasts and dinner were very delicious. Location was very good. It was close to center by car.
Room is clean. Dinners are excellent. Staff is very helpful. Two big swimming pools
For this price, I expected a bit more. I expected not to have a limit on how often I could change my beach towels. I expected some of the basic things to be included (water, hair conditioner, bike rentals). Spa was also not included. The hotel is good, but overpriced. For the same price, just 30 mins away in Turkey, you can get 10 times as much.
Breakfast was great a very large variety, location was good not to far and public transport available, though the bus timetable was a bit out maybe need an uodate
I think the only thing l could fault would be the pool hours 10-6 not long enough, maybe open earlier
Location of the hotel is very good with the bus station just across the road. The hotel architecture is beautiful and has a great pool and gardens. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. It was very easy to book daily trips at the hotel reception. The food was amazing! Every day the menu was different and exquisite. Great entertainment every evening! The beach is just across the road, walking distance from the hotel. The only down side of the beach is that it is with pebbles when going inside the water. The view from the beach is beautiful and I´ve spent a few evenings on the beach as the sunset was just fabulous!I would stay there again!
It is difficult to get into the sea from the beach because of the pebbles and the strong waves.
Food was excellent, staff were excellent, pool(s) were excellent!
There was an outdoor barbecue on one of the nights doing chicken and pork. The food was so good but it was a shame it was only once during the week we stayed..
Breakfast was amazing
Old building. Too much walking until you reach your room - too many stairs and one lift only whose location wasn’t close to our room
Great pool and excellent food. The staff were fantastic.
The long trouser rule for dinner didn’t make sense. I understand a dress code being preferred for the evening meal, but when ladies can go to dinner in short denim shorts, a vest top and flip flops, but men have to wear long trousers, it seems a bit unfair.
Clean, good pools, very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts
A little far out from Kos Town. Best to rent bikes as taxis and buses are fully unreliable. It only takes 10 mins to cycle into town.
The whole vibe was amazing, the staff were super friendly. The food was great, the variety was always a bonus. The waiters would always make sure we were fully topped up. The entertainment was excellent, morning stretch class and volleyball + aqua swim was a great way to get everyone involved. Stravos ( receptionists ) was always super helpful and always maintained a smile throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just walk away from local shops and beaches. We had an incredible view from our roomOverall, I Will definitely make another trip ?
It went too quick, I wish I stayed loner ?
Good facility, two pools are very nice but child and family heavy. Gym outdated but enough.
Location is quite far out, only a €1.40 bus to town but the bus is unreliable often full/late.
Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, did everything possible to help. Amazing buffet breakfast with plenty of choices, rooms were clean and comfortable.
Location is a little far from Kos Town so had to pay for taxis in and out every day
Lovely staff, very clean, modern room
Usb ports on both sides of bed be good. More plug sockets. Free use of sauna/steam room be great.
It’s a spacious property with the pool at the centre of it all, it’s very easy to navigate the hotel and it offers so much! You can have lunch right by the pool, breakfast/dinner buffet either indoors or outside. They offer mini golf, tennis, spa etc at the hotel as well.Entertainment everyday (except Tuesdays) from the animation team (stretching, yoga, aquagym, table tennis, etc…) and a theme for the evening with great performances! The evening show is right by the bar and outside eating area from the buffet, so it’s hard to miss the show. The staff is so friendly, the animation team (Mikey is the best) and I would recommend anyone who want to have a relaxing vacation to go here!
Even though the staff was so friendly, they didn’t tell you everything right away, for example mini golf is available at the hotel, you can get the yellow towels at the reception and change them every three days. Bikes are available for rent just a few meters down from the hotel. It’s only small details, but just something I would appreciate as a guest.
It was good in general, pool, food, sun beds, near beaches etc. there is a place to rent bicycles nearby.
hard to reach without a car and the taxis were full. it was 45 min walk from the ferry terminal with luggage. on the return trip the hotel was able to arrange a taxi.
location. friendly staff
too long to check-in
