- It’s very clean and beautifully kept. Plenty of space and didn’t seem overcrowded. Felt calm and relaxed. Food was great and we were able to take food from restaurant to room (for my autistic son who found it too much to sit in restaurant every meal - no reflection on restaurant, it was pretty calm).Sea is very wavy so was difficult to get in and out but fun once in. Pools lovely and very big for amount of people staying. Fun aqua aerobics sessions am and pm.
- The stag was amazing and every request was answered immediately with a “yes”, followed by “let’s see how we can make this work” The manager ,Ibrahim was amazing and did everything possible to make our stay a wonderful experience.
- 1. The room is next to the swimming pool, which is very convenient for swimming2. There are many kinds of food and drinks provided, and taste good.
Cons -
- We went to Kos Town on the bus but not very much else to do that is easy to access outside of the hotel.
- The spa was overpriced. No hot water during the spa massage treatment we payed handsomely for.The spa staff was nowhere near as friendly or helpful as the reception or dining room staff.I didn’t like paying for water at all meals other than breakfast. This seemed petty and and annoying, considering the amount we payed handsomely for for the total vacation.
- The kos need more public transportation.

Staff is kind beach was okey and the service speed good
I think Air conditioner’s filters are very old and moldy so there was a very bad smell in the room ı told the staff about it but they didnt do anythink ı guess because when ı open the AC there is a bad smell yet again.
We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. The entertainment was fantastic for both kids and adults – my child especially loved the animation team, who were full of energy, fun, and incredibly engaging. The entire staff was warm, kind, and always ready to assist, which made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thanks to Rafella, who went above and beyond during our stay. When my husband had a minor accident, she was quick to respond, called a doctor, and supported us throughout – we’re so grateful for her care and professionalism.
The cocktails were a bit disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations in terms of taste or quality. Also, we felt that lunch and dinner were quite meat-heavy. It would be great to see more vegetarian options on the menu, as the choices felt a bit limited for those who don’t eat meat.
Foods - nothing to say. Awesome…Also cleaning! Shining everywhere!
In a half-board stay, not even water is included with dinner—an extra charge is applied. In an environment where everything else is so perfect, asking for extra payment for water is disappointing. Water is not a luxury beverage; it is a necessity.I would also like to share an unpleasant experience we had. On the first day, when we asked the reception how to get to the city center, we were directed to taxis and private vehicles. Based on the price information provided and since we were two families with children, we opted for a larger vehicle instead of two taxis and ended up paying €90 for a 15-minute round trip. The next day, thinking it was odd that such a large hotel didn’t offer a shuttle service, we asked again and luckily found out that a bus passes right in front of the hotel and costs only €2 per person. Honestly, this was a big disappointment for us. It was not pleasant for such a large hotel to be making such petty calculations.
Hotel is very good with so many swimming pool. Food is good too
Entertainment is poor. Beach in from of the hotel is not the best
Everything was perfect! The food was excellent, and even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded thanks to the great facilities. There were plenty of pools and restaurants, so we always found space to relax. Highly recommended for families!
Everything was really nice. The food section had many options. The hotel was bigger than I expected.
Everything was really good and the staff very kind.
This resort is amazing, the stuff was super nice. The food is very diverse and available all day long. This place feels like heaven.I want to thank Rafaela from guests relation who helped us for everything we needed.Great value for money
I don’t know where to begin, the resort was absolutely incredible! We booked for the weekend but we should’ve booked for the whole week! And we are already talking about coming back here next year. Firstly, the staff are amazing, they are nice, professional and incredibly helpful, the friendly atmosphere is admirable! The food and drinks are amazing, we took the all inclusive option, and we also had dinner at the restaurant in one of the nights, and it was really really good. I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough!
The property was very large . We had an ocean front room with a lovely view of the pool and ocean. The wonderful women who greeted us at meals, whose name is Geraldo was the highlight of every meal.
They charge you for water!! And they won’t let you bring your own water in to the dining room at dinner. They provide water for breakfast, so is absolutely no reason not to provide it at dinner. I’m not referring to to sparkling water, just still water. Due to health issues it is necessary for my husband to have water with his meal. I find it very cheap of the restaurant to charge us $3 for every bottle of water we needed, but we could go to the resort grocery store and buy water for less than $1 per liter, the same size as the restaurant charges $3 for. Also, they will not provide drinking water for your room either, only 2 small bottles on arrival. Also, the food was not exceptional and was never quite hot enough. There were lots of choices but not great often because they were warm instead of hot!
Meticulously clean, beautiful high-end property, surrounded by pools and equipped with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. We were here for the start of the season and loved that it wasn’t busy. We had half board and food was varied and delicious, throughout multiple buffet bars, always with a fresh fruit bar and a salad bar. The entertainment crew was spectacular and the staff (front desk, restaurant servers, hosts, chef, etc) were all so friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved the mini disco every evening and all the fun activities throughout the day. Greek night was so much fun! I loved stretching and yoga/pilates with Sara, as well as aqua dance and aerobics! We will definitely be back!!
The mini disco was a bit too loud but otherwise cannot complain, as staff was so friendly and kind, always inviting the kids! Also, didn’t get to use the jacuzzi as it’s quite small and when I checked there were others there. Would be nice to have one outside!
We stayed for 6 days in October and had a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with direct access to the pool from terrace. The hotel was modern and exceptionally clean, with a friendly and attentive staff. There was a wide variety of high-quality food available, and every evening featured indoor entertainment and a mini club for the kids. Despite it being late October, the weather was pleasant, with temperatures reaching up to 25°C. While the pool area was warm, the outdoor pools were a bit cold. However, children are allowed in the indoor, heated spa pool daily from 1-3 PM, which was a great option for families. We will come back next year in September to enjoy it to the utmost.
It exceeded my expectations, so clean, big, staff so friendly... lot of activities for kids it's a great place for families... you don't need to go out the resort all included and there's daily program afternoon for kids... and for adult.. buffet is great and vairety of food of activities everyday ....
The area where the hotel is located is perfect, you are far from the city but still close. I think the room we stayed in was one of the most enjoyable rooms considering the weather conditions.A room with a direct sea view, a jacuzzi and a huge balcony that no one could disturb. All the staff were always friendly and helpful, honestly everything was perfect.???
Outstanding StaffI would like to commend the exceptional service and kindness of several staff members. In the restaurant, Nikolaus and Alba provided outstanding service. Milena from room service was incredibly attentive. Additionally, Adam and Felipe from the entertainment team made our stay even more enjoyable.Amazing room and hotel premissesGreat foodWe will return for sure.
Great and tasty selection of foods, very clean rooms with a nice view of the pool. Nice hotel with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere overall.
It was too windy during our stay (both day and night), we (and the rest of the hotel guests) couldn't swim in the sea which is usually rough nor enjoy the beach full of rocks (I am aware it has a protected status) and not really accessible with a baby/child. The wind was usually so strong we had to find shelter to avoid headache. It is a shame that the beach is practically not useable. Also the sunbeds in some of the pools and beach are very old and not comfortable, not really 5-star level.
We have stayed in a lot of resorts in our time and this particular resort has been the best service we have ever had. From the moment we checked in the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the service was excellent. The room exceeded our expectationsand the resort is beautiful and well maintained. The variety and quality of the food was fantastic. The facilities were amazing. The pools exceptional. We will definitely come here again.
The pools are large and very clean
Staff is occasionally not really friendly. At the beach it is not easy to enter into the sea as there are many stones. A couple of meters more inside the water there is sand, but you have to reach it first. The dress code for buffet dinner is exaggerated and shall be casual.
