Quick check in, comfy bed, great location and friendly breakfast staff.

Breakfast was very low quality.

We had another fantastic stay at this hotel been coming for years,we got a lovely room,thank you, the hotel staff, reception, cleaning, breakfast staff, are all wonderful thank you so much again for a lovely visit,and we will see you all next year

Too nice workers.It’s so close the city. Whatever you look they are all around.So clean.

Old facilities. Bathroom is old but also was different than what was on the photo. On the photo it was bigger and contained bathtub but in reality smaller and no bathtub.Pool is so narrow and looks so useless to be honest.Breakfast was clean and waiters were so nice but not so satisfying by food.

Location is perfect, we stayed at family room and size was enough for us. The view was spectacular. Breakfast was good. The variety of the food was good. Room was clean.

Hotel room and bathroom should be renovated. There was nothing in the fridge-no water!

The location as always were perfect. The newly refurbished delux studio rooms with view are the best.

The bathrooms have to be refurbished too.The staff never speaks, never smiles.

We requested a room with seaview but given a room with city view.

Excellent location, on the street parallel to the main street but in a tranquil location. Great view. Comfortable beds.

The floors felt dusty when walking with bare feet.

The location of the hotel is perfect …. close to the port, many restaurants and the main bus station to navigate from airport. The hotel is spotlessly clean and breakfast was nice.

The only trouble I had was attempting to get shower spray …. although my husband was able to work it with extra strength.

at breakfast the meat and non meat products were served using the same spoons, Pork should also be kept away from other foods for your Muslim guests

Nothing to dislike

The location is very good, in the center of everything. There is more or less what is expected from a hotel, breakfast was not super, rooms with sea view are pleasant.

Superb customer service, the weather was poor but we visited the hotel to make some phone calls and leave our bags. Reception allowed us access to our room at 11:00 hrs. Amazing.Good sized room, warm and comfortable, bed and pillows also excellent.Breakfast had a lot of variety consisting of hot and cold options. Would definately recommend. Great location and easy to find.

Location was perfect, Kos center is just 5 minutes by walking. Breakfast is more than enough. Staff is very friendly and rooms are so clean.

room, furniture, cleanliness, location are all great! It has a very cute balcony and a great view on the north side :)

Great location, helpfull staff. They put a baby crib to our our even though we didn’t ask for it :)

Although it was a 4 star hotel, there was a lot missing in the room. There were no disposable slippers and a squeegee. The most important thing is that they didn't even put water in the room.

The shower was super tight and the orange juice at breakfast was not good.

The location of the hotel is great. İt was very close to everywhere,very clean and the staff is friendly.

I didin't like the led lights on the buildig facade and there could at least be water in the fridge?.

Very large room with balcony overlooking the port. Close to ferry terminal and centre, but in a quiet street.
