Jasmine Hotel Apartments

Lovely clean apartment with a sea view. Helpful and friendly staff. A great place to stay on a two day excursion from Rhodes

Good location, just at the center, very close to old town, ports, restaurants etc, clean and large room, balcony with a great view of sea and harbour.

Bathroom, especially the small shower area needs to be renovated for the room we stay.

Location perfect but little bit noisy.

Smell of food from outside.

So clean, and perfect location right in the heart of kos ! Beautiful views ! Had a fantastic sleep beds were Cody kitchen clean and even had sitting room

Spacious apartments in a superb location on the harbour. Comfy beds and silent air con. There are reviews saying it’s noisy but once the doors are closed it isn’t too bad. After all if you book an apartment on the harbour in the middle of Kos Town you should expect some noise.

Jasmine is located in the middle of the harbour zone, close to Dolphin roundabout, the Blues Brothers bar, and the City supermarket. The Jasmine restaurant is out front. The entrance to the hotel is up the side street.We had a spacious apartment with plenty of room in the bedroom and living room / kitchen area.The apartment's big selling point is the long balcony overlooking the harbour (see photos).The air con worked well, the furnishings were generally in good condition, and the apartment was well cleaned.

Note that although the hotel has a lift, you have to climb 2 stairs to enter the hotel, and then go up about 10 stairs to get to the reception desk and the lift. This means it is really not accessible if you need to travel on wheels.The bathroom needs updating. There is a tiny shower cubicle that is too small for you to turn around in, and you can't bend over to wash your feet without pushing the doors open! The shower head would not attach to the bracket, so you have to hold the head to wash. This is a bit of a pain. Squashed next to the shower is the toilet. There isn't a lot of wriggle room there. At the other end of the bathroom is a big sink with space for all your toiletries. It would make a lot more sense to use that end for a spacious shower, and put a little sink next to the toilet. The tiles in the bathroom were old and the grout looked grim. I hope the bathrooms get a serious make over before we stay again!There are very limited cooking facilities in the kitchen. You can just about make an omelette or some toast, but there isn't the space or utensils to make a proper meal. The fridge is small and water leaked from the freezer compartment all the time.Being right in the middle of the harbour zone, noise is a problem at night. The bars and restaurants close down around midnight, but further up the road, some annoying bar pumps out incredibly loud pop music until 3am. Despite the good double glazed balcony doors, we could still hear the music at night, and eventually this became quite irritating.

Perfect for our 2 night stay in Kos Town. Fabulous location right on the harbour. Easy access to boat trips, shops, bars, restaurants & historical sites.Clean, spacious, comfortable. Friendly helpful staff.

The apartment was spacious, beds comfortable, had a coffee machine and fridge. There was plenty of warm water.

Kitchenette area was very small - even for just preparing breakfast. The view from the balcony was offset by the very noisy location

Place is close to ferry and also close to old town. It was so clean and comfortable. We will choose this place for our future Kos visits.

We booked a seaview room and it did not disappoint! The view over the marina was amazing. The location was great, central to all bars and restaurants, a few minutes walk to the beach, short walk to the old town and shops. Beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning was great.

Open shower cubicle, although a bath mat was provided, it was impossible to shower with out the whole floor getting soaked. Had to hold the shower head as it pointed down to the wall when put on to the holder. A few ants in the bathroom, kitchen area and bedroom. Not essential but advert stated high speed internet, no signal when sat on the balcony and signal kept dropping off when in lounge area, may have just been my phone, not strong enough to use a fire stick.

Lovely location in the centre of kos town , immaculate clean, was able to leave suitcases as we had the later ferry to Leros, would be more than happy to book again?

Hotel’s location was great, also all people that is working in hotel was very friendly. Especially at the reception, there is a warm and very friendly staff or manager. Aparthotel is located in the heart of the city, close to transport services, all restaurants and shops. This aparthotel’s rooms with views of the sea is fantastic.

This islands’ problem is simple: Wi-fi connection ! their network do not work , it is so slow almost impossible to use. And I think first floor’s rooms look much more modern and attractive. ( especially bathrooms are better)

Bathroom a bit small but easy to live with.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly.

The WiFi only operated for the first half day. There was no WiFi for the rest of our stay.There was no one in attendance when we arrived @ at 7.00 pm. luckily we were able to contact friends alreadly in the appartments until some arrived to check us in

Beds were comfortable, and unit was clean but very basic. However aircon was good, our room was quiet as requested and overall was good value for money. Lady at reception was helpful with organising taxi's etc.

Bathroom was disappointing...shower could only be used by hand as didn't lock into overhead, and toilet was squeezed in next to shower so would get wet when using. No Tea bags provided.

Location was near everything. Balcony view was fantastic overlooking the port. Comfortable beds. Mini kitchenette was helpful.

Showers are small but there was always hot water.

The location was great with sea view. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was large and comfortable for the families. The air condition was working well.
