Nothing - avoid this place!

Dreadful experience. It's a 2-star hotel at 5-star prices. Shockingly rude staff. After traveling >24 hours, when I arrived for check-in they refused to honor my reservation as they "overbooked the hotel." They showed zero remorse or care.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Walkable from the ferry and old town. Fantastic room. Wonderful breakfast selection.

Requested a blanket to improve sleep as bed only had top sheet.

Wonderful staff at a great building and location!! This was our third time at Albergo.

Staff were super friendly and doted on our baby son. They even remembered his name. Very accommodating.

Classic building beautifully renovated direct on the sea front and easy walking distance to all the sights. Staff are exceptional and really work hard to make everyone’s stay to be the very best they can. The restaurant is also well worth a visit even for non-residents. Great takes on traditional Greek dishes as well as more modern recipes. Breakfast on the terrace one of the best ever if you don’t mind ordering from a menu.

One downside: no pool. But there is the sea and decent beaches are a half hour walk away.

Breakfast was great, location was great, room was great, staff was great. The complimentary bicycle was a real treat.

It was the last weekend before they closed for the winter, so it was slightly chaotic with cleaning stuff in the elevators, not very clean windows etc.

Beautiful room! Super stylish hotel. Top service. And even better breakfast. Definitely one of the better hotels we have ever slept in! Great view over the sea. It was super.

Nothing. All good. Maybe the WiFi was a bit slow. But who needs WiFi with a view that is soo good.

The windows are not double glazed therefore if you are a light sleeper you may struggle to especially during peak season. We were awoken to a very loud noise in the middle of the night which turned out to be a cricket in the room, granted not the hotels fault however when finding someone to help up get rid of it (as it very high up ) we were told maybe that we shouldn’t have opened the windows which we didn’t

We have stayed here many times and have always hada wonderful experience. The staff are exceptional, the rooms are very comfortalble and the locztion perferct for our needs. We will be back

Location was excellent, so close to the port. It provided a luxurious end to our holiday after being on another island and travelling on ferries. We had breakfast at the Albergo last year after coming off a Blue Star ferry before dawn. This year we decided to get an earlier ferry and stay overnight - we have not regretted it!

Not Much!

this is our second visit to the hotel and we love everything, the beautifully comfortable beds the fabulous staff and the location.

There was no kettle in the room and so we could not make tea, a small thing but sometimes tea is better than coffee.

some difficulty navigating the lighting system for the room and first time I had a problem with the room safe..but safe problem was handled quickly and efficiently..

It was the most exquisite hotel we ever stayed. The staff was really nice, the beach was really nice, the breakfast was really good. We loved everything!! The room was quiet big and super clean!! Loved it!

There was nothing

The hotel was nice and comfortable. but I am not sure if it is a five star holiday. The waiters are kind and do good job. Food are tasty but not many choices.

We didnt like the attitude of the officer at reception at last day. We came room at 11:05 am to take our luggages and door has already been locked and the way the officer behaved not kind and he is very naive. This hotel needs to have more experienced, emphatic and kind officer at the reception.

I like very much it’s close to everywhere in town, clean beach , decent service, and of course great hospitality.

This is the second time we are staying. The staff is wonderful. The hotel location & the food are also very nice.

A beautiful hotel with exceptionally large, luxurious suites. Beautifully located right on the beach in the old town. Wonderful service, delicious breakfast choices which were included. Fantastic and friendly service.
