Lovely and modern. Clean. Great hotel

Needed a bit more atmosphere. No music by the pool. Food could have been better from the bar.

The staff of the hotel from the cleaning lady to the reception very all nice, friendly, helpfull and easy to talk too if we have any questions. We fixed everything through them.The room was very nice and big. I requested a chair for my mom in the bathroom, they provided us with one. Every day we receive cleaning towels. If I can give them a 10 stars I would.

The breakfast was exactly the same each day and would have been nice to change it somewhat.

Needed updating. Needed Better lighting in all the rooms, better amenities. Shower caused flooding to bathroom floor each poor design. If you provide bath gel, then small wash cloths should be provided. Towels NOT provided by your pool. Kitchen staff should be more presentable in appearance ( perhaps have a uniform ), and know English. Maria was the only one who spoke.

There are no channels on the TV except for 3 only The stove was not properly marked which made cooking very difficult.

We had a very relaxing stay. The hotel management was incredibly accomodating and the meals were delicious. Our room had a beautiful sea view. Would come here again.

We absolutely loved the location 4 th year to Kos ,the pool area was lovely, clean with enough sun beds with the beach only a short stroll away . The bedroom had enough storage , beds very comfortable with ample pillows and bedding light and airy kitchen more than adequate for needs Lounge was really spacious Staff polite and friendly It was great value for money .

No English Channel ( only wanted a news channel )despite apartment having 2 tvs cnn channel but not working ( 4 times mentioned at reception ) bathroom great apart from the toilet (get rid) lounge sofas ( need skipping ) sorry !! 3/5 days no draught beer then no cans no bar snacks available on our last day although bar menu was displayed …. I appreciate that we stayed towards the end of season but some staff on occasions seemed completely indifferent . Please know that this is constructive criticism only and it’s only minor details what was overall very nice .

Mediocre Hotel in very good location close to the beach and restaurants/bars

We loved that we had a big apartment style, simple and no-frills room that was in a clean hotel and with a 24 hour reception. The rooms aren't beautiful but they are easy, lots of space, with a mini kitchen and fridge and big balcony and great air-con and Wifi. Beds are comfy and it's very clean. Pillows are rather fat, but the beds are comfy. We actually had two single beds pushed next to each other to make a double/queen, which was not fantastic, but it was fine for the four nights we stayed there. It's a 3 minute walk down to Lambi beach and all the local beach clubs, which are 10 euros per day per bed. And it's an easy, flat 20 minute walk into the old town and you pass lots of shops and restaurants on your way if you want to stop off earlier. A really good location and easy, simple, local hotel with helpful staff who care and want to help.

The pool is great, but it was a little crowded for us and the amazing Kos beaches are just down the road. Breakfast is very basic, and to be honest, not much there of any substance, but there's a supermarket up the road, 3 minutes walk and we got lots of goodies to eat on our balcony! TIP: Taxis are impossible to flag down, So.... if you need a taxi to the ferry etc book at least 24 hours ahead, which we did and which it arrived - phew! The staff helped us with booking that.

Good location to kos town. The room was spacious and cleaning was completed daily. The pool area was crowded at times.

Excellent location, just out of the busy part of town. 2 minute walk to Lambi beach, 2 minute walk to the supermarket, an excellent taverna across the road- Efkalipty restaurant. Very clean rooms, with a fridge and kitchenette. Nice balcony and clothes rack to dry clothes and towels. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. After we checked out, they let us use the pool for the rest of the day to we moved onto our next location. Highly recommend!

Don't think the swimming pool gets much cleaning

Very good location, apartments are close to the beach. There is a supermarket up the road and we rented bikes across the street for €4 per day. The apartments are cleaned everyday and fresh towels are provided, WiFi and air-con were all included. We hardly stayed at the accommodation as we like to get out and about but it was a good base and we would stay there again.

The toilet was leaking constantly and the bathrooms could have been cleaner but it wasn't a huge deal. The pool is quite small but this did make it easier to watch the children and it's not over crowded which we preferred.

Staff don’t know what there doing

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is conveniently close to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day.The pool is big and clean, providing a great alternative for days when I wanted to relax without the sand. The air conditioning in the bedroom was a lifesaver, keeping us cool and comfortable during the hot days. But it did not work in the kitchen unfortunately. While the location was okay and offered decent access to local attractions, it was the exceptional service and amenities that really made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

There were a few issues that need attention. Housekeeping came to our room every morning between 9 and 9:30 AM, which is a ridiculous time, especially when on holiday. Despite us saying "no" each morning, they still proceeded to service the room.The kitchen cutlery was scarce to none, and the washing-up liquid provided was watered down and not replaced during our stay. Additionally, one of our patio sliding doors wouldn’t lock upon arrival. It was very worrying leaving the room unlocked with all our belongings. We reported this to reception three times with no action taken. It wasn't until I messaged the hotel via Booking.com that the manager personally came to fix the issue, and she was exceptional in resolving it and did anything and everything to resolve.there were animals scratching and biting the timber under roof tiles each night, we were unsure of what it was as we didn’t see but our apartment each night, making disturbing noises which is worth getting an extermination or maintenance to look into to. This issue is worth raising as the animals could cause damage to the building over time and of course get into the buildings which would be a health and safety concern

Location is the main selling point of this hotel, it’s a few minutes walk to a supermarket, bakery, beach, restaurant, bars etc. Staff were very nice and friendly. We had mentioned we were celebrating so they did up some extra nice for us and upgraded our room, which was lovely of them!

The cleanliness of the place in general, rooms and other facilities in the place are in need of a deep clean. Some parts were quite dirty in our rooms such as glasses, shower, floors of the room, sheets/towels stained made us feel quite uncomfortable at times, very sad for a 4 star rated hotel. There is not near enough sun beds for the amount of people booked in to the place so it meant if you weren’t up for the crack of dawn sun beds were gone, hotel should definitely intervene as there was many sun beds everyday left with towels on them for hours with nobody actually using them.

Great location a stones throw from the beach and lots of restaurants a short walk away. Comfortable and big rooms which were kept clean daily. The staff were lovely and always very helpful. Pool was great!

The cooking area / kitchenware is a little sparse if you want to cook at home, but it was good for us as we didn’t need to use it much.

The resort was picturesque and well maintained, v clean, lots of space with a good sized swimming pool. Great location v near to the beach, shops, places to eat and Kos Town. Staff were friendly and helpful if you had any problems. Our apartment had 2 good sized balconies with views of the sea and the mountains.

Couldnt get any English language channels on the TV, there is an abandoned factory in front of the resort before you get to the sea. The lock on the bathroom was broken.
