Blue Lagoon City Hotel

N/A bc they gave our room away after, we, 2 senior citizens traveled almost 20 hours. Hey transported us to another blue lagoon.

2nd hotel after hours of traveling was passable. Dangerous bathroom for seniors.

Clean and spacious rooms. New and well-maintained furniture. Above-average breakfast. Great location near the city center.

Pool is a bit small.

Lots of towel’s around pool could not get a sun bed, annoying as no one sitting on towels for long periods of time

The room was spacious. The location was superb . The breakfast was very good . Staff were helpful. The location was close to the ild town and the pier, but away from the noise. Which made it a perfect location.

There was a going on noise from i think laundry machine in staff room that was close to my room which would wake me up in the middle of the night. That was the only reason that i did not give a perfect score to this hotel.

The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants, bars, shops, etc.The shower is very good and relaxing, as well as the indoor swimming poolThe gym is small but very well equipped

I missed an auto coffee machine (during breakfast time) so we could serve ourselves (and to have more options like capuccino, for example)

Loved the location, the room, and the breakfast. The staff were also excellent - so helpful and friendly but not overbearing

Great hotel. Excellent front of staff, good rooms, solid breakfast.

It would be hard to think of any dislikes.

Despite arriving early, the room was ready in advance. really good breakfast .Mosquitoes blocking screen on the doors/windows so you can leave them opened.It is a short walk to the port and the long avenue with all the pubs/restaurants along the beach.

Outside a bit noisy during the day.

The bedroom was huge, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive in its choices. The pool was a lot bigger than the photos show - about 18 - 20 m long so a good swim distance.

Very clean, staff were friendly and helpful especially Michael who works at the bar. Location was excellent. Food was very good.

The drinks were overpriced and not everything that was stated to be in the room was In the room. Ie iron bathrobes slippers and the room wasn’t soundproof.

I asked for ice from the reception. They told me i need to go to pool bar. I said i have a baby boy sleeping and can’t leave the room. They asked me why i needed the ice for. That was very rude . They still insisted i leave the room and go to the pool bar. Very disappointed

The staff were amazing! Magherita, Micheal and Georgia were exceptional and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable the whole trip.

Paying extra for the sauna €25 euros for 20 minutes.

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was moderate. It was 850 mt to the port. The hotel was certainly against children, do not believe it is categorised as child friendly. The staff except breakfast was unfriendly and unkind. I do not think of staying again.

Location. Staff were fantastic. Hotel was finished to high standard. Room very spacious. Great value for money.

The hotel was centrally located, exceptionally clean and stylish, my room was spacious and with a clean modern aesthetic. The library was cosy and pool inviting. Above all the staff were incredibly helpful and personable. I’d stay there again.

Especially people was very helpful and always smiling everything was great just they need to make different things on breakfast,add more cheese etc.

Was there out of season so didn't try the amenities, but the room was stunning and definitely of a 5 star quality - amazing beds. Think they might actually have upgraded me without letting me know. Staff beyond friendly - just a wonderful place and would definitely come again.
