Location, breakfast and the staff were great.

You can hear your neighbors well. They were not loud but you could hear them easily

I rarely give low ratings, but with this hotel, I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but this was by far the worst one I’ve ever experienced. There was neither dishwashing detergent nor shampoo—just a poor-quality soap. Everything was extremely old, even the hair dryer was a useless 10-watt device. The stove didn’t work, and despite doing a lot of shopping, we were forced to eat dinner outside after spending nearly an hour trying to get it to work.When we went down to the reception, they didn’t believe us. Instead, they told us we could complain wherever we wanted. Even when we brought down a pot of pasta water and food in the elevator to show them, they refused to cook it on their own stove. They showed no concern for our little daughter’s mealtime or bedtime and told us “they didn’t see any problem and that we were getting upset for no reason.”The next day, only after our insistence, they installed a new stove, and the room was cleaned just because we had complained. However, we noticed that someone had entered our room without permission and tested the stoves.The only good thing about this hotel is its location. But anyone considering staying here should know that they’ll be staying in a truly old and bad hotel.

Location, Price, Pool Area and amazing staff.

The breakfast was very nice. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, beds were very comfy, the AC worked perfectly. We were able to leave our luggages during the checkout day to enjoy the beach until our flight.

The room was outdated. There was nothing in the bathroom besides towels and one toilet paper. Bring your own shampoo and shower gel. For such a big bathroom ,the bath was too small, and the water leaked through the shower curtain, which made the whole bathroom like a pool. Curtains of the rooms were smelly.It's an expensive hotel compared to what you get.

Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Reasonable location within comfortable walking distance of town centre and beaches.

We were disappointed to note that some of the towels supplied were not properly cleaned, brought this to the attention of the lady cleaning our room, who kindly replaced them for us.

Staff were very good. We walked from the ferry and instructions were good. Communal areas, including the pool were good but the main hotel areas needed attention.

The room had been partially refurbed, but the bathroom needed a good refurbishment. The bath was almost impossible to shower in as the bath was a small one with a seated area at one end which meant your legs were at different levels.

Location is very close to bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great bar and spacious lounge area. Pool area gets the afternoon and early evening sun.

The location is a short walk along the street to the beach and the town. The pool is lovely. The reception area and lovely staff. Good food available plenty of mini markets and tavernas around

The rooms were bland with no pictures. The shower was poor. Narrow balcony, plug socket broken

The staff were amazing and super friendly. The rooms and pool were always clean. The location couldn't have been better. Overall this was an amazing accommodation and we will definitely be back as we couldn't have asked for more

It would have been nice to have a sweeping brush and spray to clean the apartment when we cooked in there.

staff excellent location

uncomfortable beds, (very hard) bathroom especially shower and hairdryer needs improving. kitchen needs improving. out dated furniture eg. sofa, wardrobe, draws, verandah furniture badly stained and uncomfortable, lighting didn't work. corridor lighting was not adequate during day. pool is ok but the loungers are very old and not comfortable

Location is very nice, stuff is great, breakfast was very delicious, not open buffet but there were three yummy choices to taste.when making reservation I suggest to make breakfast included , i would definitely come back and recommend it.

The furnitures need to be renovated but clean.

Old furniture, half was broken. We only got one key which had to be insidered into the lock to have electricity. Apartment was for 3 thought.

It was a good location. The pool area was good. We only had breakfast one morning, it was nice. Staff nice. Roomy apartment. Good having balcony

Too many bicycles, this can be annoying if you are walking.

Brilliant location - less than 5 minutes to the beach & less than 10 minutes stroll to the harbour, with many shops on the way.Great breakfasts (I would recommend just for these!) with choice of 3.Good pool - even in August it was not crowded.Staff always friendly.

The ONLY slight negative is that the hotel physically needs some maintenance - eg our bathroom cabinet is peeling and needs replacing. This arises in other reviews; there's several examples. However I stopped noticing after few days - and the facilities are good (eg air con is part of the building so no units on balconies).

The staff are excellent very helpful to all your needs from the cleaning staff to bar reception staff and the night porter
