Nicely renovated hotel in a good location, with a good breakfast.

Forced to book a minimum 5 night stay.Upon check in we were told we could use all facilities/services from the sister hotel next door and we could off charge all expenses to the room, but we quickly found out this was not the case… we had to pay as we used services eg dinner, bar etcNo iron or ironing board provided, when asked for iron we were told the hotel does not provide an iron as they don’t ‘trust’ their guests in case they burn the hotel down. You are then asked to use their laundry service which is an extra charge.

Overall very comfortable, stylish and clean room. Breakfast buffet and pool at next door hotel also really nice.What we loved most was the smooth service when transferring from next door hotel Samian Mare to the Erato. We booked very last minute so couldn't stay all three nights in one of both but the transfer / room switch was super smooth! Erato made sure our room was ready before checkout time of the other room and even called us to inform us once it was ready. Great service!

Bathroom en suite with toilet only separated from the rest of the room by frosted glass. We knew this upfront of course but it still feels a bit too 'public'. Good to take into account when you book :-).

The restaurant section was spacious and clean, the breakfast variety was sufficient.Celebrating our babies' birthdays is very thoughtful. When we entered the room there was cake and balloons. We were very happy. This kind thought of the hotel staff surprised and made us happy. Thank you Erefilio <3 (reception)

The rooms are a little narrow and not very spacious, but the beds and the bathroom are very spacious.

It was a new clean cut hotel. The cleaning service was very good. The room was spacious very quiet with a big tv with lots of foreign programs.

Having to go next door for breakfast. Not being able to charge my room from next door. The breakfast was good for the first 3 days then things were missing. No more “ koulouri “ bread, no smoothies, no little cupcakes, and then pancakes Without maple syrup ( they ran out ) the honey , well I don’t want to comment what it was….. this is a 4 star hotel!!!!!????I won’t say anything else except that they need to check the quality of the food they offer.

The welcoming at the room was over any expectations. We traveled for our wedding trip and the staff truly went out of their way to make the room extra nice!! The receptionist Erifili was also a highlight to meet every day, super helpful and nice! The food and service at the roofbar was outstanding!

We didn't get a chance to try the pool due to the fact that it was a shared pool with the sister hotel. Not a big deal for us though as we spent a lot of time exploring the island!

The hotel was in a good location with a beautiful sea view. The staff were eager to please and always with a smile.

The staff was exceptional. They meet every need. Very friendly, extremely helpful, great recommendations on what to see and do. Fantastic breakfast!! Beautiful pool and pool bar too! Really had a wonderful stay.

The large beautiful room, balcony with a sofa in the room for our honeymoon. Had a beautiful welcome to our suite. Walking distance to the restaurant, the port with more restaurants as well as grocery stores and souvenir's. Clean and safe room. Wonderful staff with the welcoming of guests.

Everything was perfect! Brand new boutique hotel. Great location, very nice modern hotel, the room was amazing, it was spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was really good. The staff was very kind. One of the best hotels I 've been. I will visit it again!!
