Guest house cleanliness, staff was very friendly.

Poor bathroom ventilation. Thus there was not enough fresh air in the bathroom.

Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the beach and they have a separate area with sun beds and umbrellas that can be used only by customers.

My wife and I were there at the beginning of June 2025 with our siblings, and loved this property. It's a lovely boutique hotel. around 15, 20 minutes to downtown Foca by walking. We stayed in garden suites or lofts. They were quite convenient and very clean. Breakfast was top-class, it's a real Mediterranean breakfast with great local tastes. The staff was perfect and helpful, especially Onur, Erdinc, and Muhammed were great guys. The property also has a cute dog called Toby. He is very funny and lovely. We were at the hotel patio and beach all day long, and walking to Foca for dinner and shopping in the evenings.We will go there again and highly recommend this place to everyone.Levent

quiet secluded beautiful and tranquil fishing village 2 pound taxi to town for shops and restaurants or 15 min walk staff fantastic and helpful hotel immaculate and refurbed beautifully.. breakfast is spot on thankyou Navalia

not any shops in town that sell alcohol so purchase from airport as hotel dosnt stock much but we did go end of season

The breakfast is simply outstanding. The location is great, a few minute walking to the city center and 5 min walk to a beautiful beach.

We only had two nights here and would have loved a bit longer. The hotel has a great setting - beautiful bay and on the beach its own area for loungers. Breakfast was plentiful. Really comfortable stay - room lovely and sitting out areas of hotel very good. The walk to main Foca with all the life and restaurants an easy about 20 mins along the sea front. Professional and nice staff at the hotel - thanks for everything and sorry our turkish was woeful!

1. The room was as advertised. It was lovely with a great view and the air conditioning was just right,

1. The breakfast was salt and sugar apart from the egg and salad with very little fruit, no toast, no yogurt, no sweetener, and only one small cup of coffee served warm with no offer of a refill. After the first breakfast I never went again.2. At the first breakfast 2 dogs and 3 cats came around me to tbeg for food.I was not prepared for this. I did not know that this was a problem in Turkey.This was a problem not just at this hotel but in Turkey which I only now on my return discover gas 4 million wild dogs excluding the wild begging cats.In 9 days - I never enjoyed a meal, coffee or snack in any cafe , bar or restaurant without being surrounded by wild dogs and cats begging for food but turning down the food that they considered not good enough. They were not hungry.3. There is a low building next door to hotel Navalia and then a camp site. The camp site appeared to be empty and I did not feel my visit was affected.4. Hotel Navalia is a 20 minute walk to the main shops and bars and restaurants as it is at the extreme left end of the bay though it is low rise and quiet at least during the day.5. During the day the wild dogs sleep but during the night they bark all night . When I reported this to the staff it was obvious they had heard this all many times before.6. The atmosphere at Hotel Navalia is pleasant but dead as most of the guests are Turkish and not only do they not drink - most come for a short time, and do not drink alcohol and will not pay the hotel prices for the basic food items.This is a lovely hotel in a nice location with friendly staff but no buzz- dead atmosphere most of the time due to high prices. Most go elsewhere. A shame - because other places are not as nice - but so much cheaper!!!7. Would I stay here again?Yes - but not for so long as it is too far from the bars and restaurants and too expensive for the food and drink. The breakfast has to be avoided for anyone with high blood pressure!! Or watching their weight.

The staff is super friendly and the hotel very nice. The room we took was spacious and clean. The location is perfect, as it has a small beach in front but you can also walk towards the center of Eski Foca or take the car and visit surrounding beaches.The breakfast is fresh and more than generous. Highly recommended.

Nice and cozy small hotel outside the touristic places in Foca. Rooms with a sea view are amazing. Breakfast was great and reach. Room was clean, bed is comfy, nothing to complain. The beach is ~50 meters from the hotel and this is a great deal.

The staff does not know English at all, looks like they are for locals only. This is ok for a short stay and if you don't need any special requests. The parking is not so big, but we always have a place to park atm. Please note that there is a very loud cafe nearby and it works till 11 pm or so on, so no way to sleep earlier.

Staff very kind

There was unfortunately a close by a municipality facility organizing very noisy weddings with very loud music up till 00:00 on the weekends. This was really damaging the quality and the tranquility of the stay in the hotel. It's not the hotel fault of course.

We really enjoyed our stay at Navalia Hotel. Excellent attention to detail. There is a public beach in front of the hotel where the guests could use the umbrellas and chairs for free but loved that the hotel also has its own beach chairs and umbrellas in its garden.

Not a flaw by the hotel but the beach in front of Navalia is not the best.

The hotel was right on the beach and a pretty 20 minute walk along the seafront to a wide choice of restaurants. The room was spacious with a great view of the sea.

The beach gets very bust on the weekend, but was calmer during the week.

Nice family-run place. Close to a beach in a calm area. Good, spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

The WiFi basically works only in the lobby.

Great breakfast selection - a full buffet individually delivered to your table.

The bathroom was adequate but a little tired - needs some updates

It is a very nice location, only 12 minutes walk from the Center. Stone house and its nice decoration is very attractive. Quite and very frendly atmosphere. Staff is very helpful. Yusuf will serve you a delicious breakfast. Beach is just 50 meters away, very convenient for having a long day at the beach. As you leave, you will think of coming back again.
