Room is very new, clean and beautiful. Self service cafe provides free coffee. It also has a microwave, a toaster and cutlery. The sitting/eating area is very comfy and beautiful.Service is excellent. Location - it is next to a service station which has a small supermarket and some restaurants. Very convenient for hotel guests to buy food for breakfast and dinner.

The staff were excellent and the room was great

It will be better once the service station next door is finished but it didn’t impact our stay (i.e. there was no noise or disruption)

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed in 3 hotels during our trip to Fukuoka, and hands down my family of 6 voted Fairfield by Marriott Ukiha as the most comfortable and memorable stay. We have never felt so rested! While its location requires a car to get to, all my concerns about meals and finding things to do were unfounded. The rest stop just next to the hotel had a very good selection of ready to eat food that we happily ate for breakfast. The huge table and pantry with free coffee/tea and microwave was a relaxing spot for my family to eat the food we bought from the rest stop. The rooms were spacious enough, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pajamas were comfy too. The hotel has also thoughtfully provided pamphlets to nearby restaurants and attractions we can go to.Kudos to the staff who were super helpful in answering my questions and even helped make dinner reservations for us. When language was a barrier, Google Translate easily solved the problem. We highly recommend Nibante as a dinner venue and for coffee lovers, there's Kirito Coffee Roasters across the road.

Value for money, clean and comfortable stay. Love the cosy and clean room. King size bed is very comfortable. Staff are very friendly, they helped us to get a reservation for dinner. Morning market is right beside the carpark. Good to check it out for breakfast. Washing machine and dryer machine are linked to app where you can try the progress. Lounge area is very cosy too.

Interior design. Cleanliness. Our stay was very comfortable.

The hotel is ideally located next to a rest stop station with a wide selection of food and drinks. Guests can enjoy their meals from the rest stop in the hotel lobby, where a spacious table is provided for convenience. Free drinks are also available in the lobby. A Chinese-speaking staff member was extremely helpful during check-in and offered great recommendations for nearby amenities. Although it's a bit off the main tourist route, it’s a fantastic spot for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The room was clean . However the hotel is too near the road . I can hear or felt when a truck pass by the road

Comfortable, nicely designed property with ample parking at the back.

We stayed on a Sunday at the end of December and we really struggled to find a restaurant that was open for dinner. Not sure if it was because it’s a Sunday or the New Year holidays but we had to buy food from 7/11 to heat up in the microwave. The communal kitchen gets quite busy at meal times. Because of the time of the year the hotel was also very overpriced.

The comfort, cleanliness, and staff. Especially liked the community table and lounging area where you could bring your own food to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a snac with your family.

If you are coming by train, you will need to hire a taxi.

Beautifully designed and practical rooms, amazing complimentary coffee available 24 hrs, comfortable shared dining area next to the lobby, ample parking spaces, great location next to the Ukiha visitor information center and market place - absolutely delightful during persimmon season with so many different kinds of persimmons from various fields on offer

Nothing at all. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return to stay again!

The room is spacious , clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly , easy to communicate and helpful. Local farm market next to hotel, enjoyed buying food there. Love the lounge area, complimentary coffee, microwave and small oven available.

Not much choice of restsurants nearby.

Room was big and everything was clean and well maintained. The best accommodation in our trip.

Not a lot of dinner options nearby

The staff is friend..Ms Yang Fang..excellent service.. took initiative to suggest excursions and rest to go to.

Location is not that accessible without a car..

Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly.Although no restaurant for breakfast, the hotel is actually right next to a local market, where we bought some locally prepare cooked food back and enjoyed at the hotel's lounge area. It has complementary microwave, coffee machine.

If booked via Booking.com, we couldn't credit the Marriott Bonvoy programme. Worth to take note.

Its fancy, clean and has a lot of space and daylight (especially for Japan fashion).

Quiete far from everything

New and large room. Comfortable beddings and so far the best quality TV in any hotel we have stayed. Most hotel’s Tv are crappy. This one is large, clear crisp signal with good channels too!

Lack of a food cafe or outlet. No food options near except 3km away.

Brand new, stylish, VERY comfortable, staff who went out of their way to help

It doesn’t serve meals, but the staff had that covered with their recommendations. Found a first class restaurant close at hand.
