The location is good

The receptionist is not nice. When I see them, I’m the one who give greetings. The room was not clean and there was cockroach in the room. When we called the hotel staff, they clean the room again for 2 times. I also had to give them information about the dirty mirror in the room (there was fingerprint) and in the toilet, and sink.

Despite booking for 2 adults + 2 kids, with breakfast included, property made us pay for the kids. Management didn't bother to answer our request to discuss / explanations

Property location, behaviour of staff, food quality etc was excellent

House keeping staff come in morning and ask for laundry/ room clean etc felt bit disturbing.There was no mirror in dressing area or in the room.

Room ok, smart TV good, but should have option for youtube

Area around pool very slippery, very dangerous

Location next to shopping mall and restaurant

Waiting time for room readyness after checkin take too long even they know out arrival tine at 15:00

Rooms quite small but functional.

I book 2 rooms for maximum 4 people. I paid the amount for 2 people for each room. But at the breakfast they only allowed 1 people each room to enter the restaurant.

Great location with very welcoming staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Samarinda.

The sky house service was so slow.

Breakfast was very good, many, many choices. Dinner was exceptional. We met the Manager, who sat and chatted with us for a while. Very nice fellow who also invited a member of the staff to join us and talk about our travel plans to her home town...

they didn’t maintain the furniture, bathroom well. the carpet is dirty. I found the bathroom has mold here and there, the water cannot drain properly and there’s a small flood in the bathroom whenever we took a bath. the bathroom door also has mold.. it seems it has been there for a long time.

Rooms are very comfortable and well-designed. Great shower and comfy bed. Nice pool and great breakfast with many options. the restaurant at the pool side is also good.

WiFi was not really working stable in the rooms, which was for me as a business traveler a major problem. They played loud pop music at the pool in the morning, which I found a little inappropriate for the time.

breakfast its oke, more choice, maybe the hotel can make tradisional food. Location is the central of city, near other place and others resto. price of food from hotel , I think expensive. I have room, suitable with our request. thank you mercure

The hotel was opened in 2020 and as a branded hotel, meets international standards. Food is excellent; breakfast has a wide selection of fruits, fresh juices, cereals, live hot station and good variety of hot meals, teas and coffees. The a la carte menu is comprehensive with choices of International, Indonesian and Chinese cuisines all reasonably priced.

It would be helpful if the staff had better command of English for international visitors like me. If there is anything I would improve, it would be staff communication skills in English and the speed of service in serving meals where the staff appear to be young and inexperienced

Pillow feels a bit hard. Seems the cover is too tight that makes the pillow congested inside.During our stay, there was renovation activity. A bit annoying during our relax time.Food ia very good.Overall the experience is good...nope...it's very good.

Parkir lot. Quite challenging to find on weekend.Swimming pool arrangement need to be more firm on time scheduling.
