Pros +
- Absolutely beauty, big clean rooms welcoming staff helpful. 5 star Thanks you for your generosity
- Nice property and excellent staff
- The food was decent, that’s about it
Cons -
- Need more signs on both sides of the highway to indicate exit to take. Spent half hour locating the place. The washroom area needs some work. Lighting was very poor and Ceiling shower was not working and there are no bath curtains.
- “Nightmare Stay—Avoid at All Costs”This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. From the moment we arrived, the service was abysmal. No internet throughout the property—we inquired multiple times, and staff simply walked away without answering, leaving us in the dark. The eerie, unresponsive atmosphere felt like something straight out of a horror movie. You ask a question, and you get silence in return. The manager was a no-show despite calling 8 times, and the supervisor lacked even the most basic etiquette. The location is in the middle of nowhere—there’s no response from Uber, so you will be LEFT STRANDED or FORCED to use the hotel’s OVERPRICED taxi service. Drive at your own RISK! For the ridiculously HIGH PRICE, what you get is a nightmare—unprofessional staff, no service, and complete indifference. If you want to enjoy your stay, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at any cost!!!
