The Imperial Poonam Hotel

There is margin for improvement in bathroom cleaning and the shower. Also, the AC remote is not user-friendly, which affected my sleep.

The location was good. The rooms were ok but the housekeeping staff were excellent and kept the rooms clean. Very poor view from bedroom window but that didn’t bother us.

Not much choice at breakfast buffet. Reception staff were good, didn’t meet any unhelpful staff at all.

From check in to check out everything was so smooth. Any one traveling from Delhi Airport to this hotel they can use Indo canadian bus service from Delhi airport because the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They have good breakfast spread indian and western.

The food was the only good aspect of the hotel. It was reasonble and the restaurant staff provided a good service.

We had no hot water for first 3 days!! After checking in we left our bags in the room. On return to the room somebody had used the room leaving a dirty nappy with other rubbish including food remnants, clothes packaging, dirtied sheets and toilet was used. The staff couldn't explain how people entered and used a supposedly locked room. Fortunately, our bags were not stolen. On our final day the toilet wouldn't flush!

Staff was pleasant, especially at the front desk . The Manager and the staff of the hotel are very good . The food was also good with good quantity too and value for money.

The Parking is very less though they have valet service so i did not have a problem for parking my vehicle . The security security Guard outside in the parking was very shabby and rude he hardly looked like a guard . He hardly looked like a guard he spoilt the grandeur of the hotel.

Location to shopping area. It is within 5mins ride to the Bansawala Bazaar.

Lack of cleanliness. No clean towels in the room. Dirty bed sheets.

My family and I have been using this hotel for many years, it’s in an ideal location for us with many friends in the vicinity.

We have no complaints about the property.

Rooms were great, air conditioning was very good, restaurant and room service were also outstanding.

Location and travel to anywhere by local transport answer taxis.

Breakfast was OK with some selection. The chef also cooked as requested as per list of things they did for breakfast. It was quite satisfactory.

The evening main chickpeas dish was very greasy and had lots of oil in it. It would be nice if hotel consider cooking dishes with minimal oil.The TV remote control was broken and had to control TV manually. Request to hotel to replace anything damaged in the room with new one for the new guests.

This hotel was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and the food menu was excellent. Very local to all faculties and transport services.

Breakfast was nice and always had fresh parotas and omelette.

Noise while sleeping. Noise from functions happening till midnight and other hotel guests making a lot of noise in the corridors late at night.

facilities no hand towels in room, very limited breakfast, rooms tired and run down, safe not working, very noisy with party’s and weddings no soundproofing, hot water only available at certain times, very poor Wi-Fi spent 3 days with no Wi-Fi? will not be going back

decor of rooms is outdated and requires modernisation. The rooms require a deep clean.

Breakfast was ok. Location setting was in the prime position ok.

Room cleanliness could have been a lot better. The room view was dark and had no view al all. Felt like a prison room.
