Location excellent, plenty of room . Great ammentities everything that you want was there . Lovely location great view .

Not a thing

The location was perfect, the accommodation very comfortable and just the right size for two people. Opposite the airport, it was reached in under a minute. Being close to the airport wasn't a problem, since there are only 2-4 takeoffs/landings per day (and none on Mondays). Everything was provided for a comfortable stay.

We can't think of anything that would have been better.

Poinciana Cottages had all the facilities we needed. The decor suited island life. Great location.

Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable, with pleasant facilities and furnishings. Lovely private deck also BBQ facilities available. Hosts Jackie and Peter very friendly and helpful.

We had a very enjoyable stay and Jackie and Peter were very welcoming hosts. The cottage was extremely comfortable and spacious with a lovely outlook. A great quiet location and very close to town. We would highly recommend.

Lovely setting, quiet, comfortable lounge room, excellent beds. There was nothing that you could wish for to make this cottage more comfortable .

Wonderful outlook, excellent location and Cottage outfitted with everything you would need. Beautiful gardens and within walking distance of Restaurants, club etc.

I know it's hard to please everybody, low lounges are difficult for older people to get out of (but certainly didn't spoil the holiday).

What is there not to like about Poinciana? the location is great, the cottage is well appointed, comfy and had everything I needed (including extra blankets for an unexpected cold night). The gardens and surrounds are tranquil and peaceful. The hosts welcoming and generous. I'd highly recommend these cottages

Convenient location close to airport but walking distance to many attractions. Very welcoming and hospitable with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Well equipped, light, airy and a really lovely cottage to stay in for a week on Norfolk. Very quiet surroundings but close to town and all attractions. The shower and water pressure was great and the bed was super comfortable.

Great location within walking distance to town, cafes and supermarket. Cottage was well laid out with a nice view over the neighboring farms. The inclusion of a hire car was invaluable, enabling us to tour the Island and enjoy all it had to offer.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable cottage very close to the main township. Jackie was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the outlook from our front deck. I hope we can return soon, we loved our stay.

Jackie was there to greet us and explain everything. Plus recommendations for shopping/meals. The free Island orientation tour the next morning an unexpected bonus.Nice quiet location by the airport. Two great restaurants within easy walking distance. Everything you needed was in the cottage. The included rental car meant we could drive around the island as we wanted.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, Spacious, Walk to restaurants and shops, car included and phone provided.

Helpful friendly hosts - even lent us a phone. Everything in the cottage was spot on & worked well. Peaceful & private. Lots of little extras provided. Allowed a later checkout time.

Very clean and comfortable cottage for our stay in Norfolk Island. The property is lovely and well landscaped and very quiet in the evening despite being close to the main village area. Good provision of utensils and pots/pans for cooking and easy access to the bbq. Jackie and Peter are good hosts.
