Location was perfect, staff very helpful, friendly and competent

I struggle to see any positives, to be honest.

Old decor, uncomfortable beds, cockroaches in the room, extremely poor breakfast (one egg, toast, beans, coffee flavoured water) at AUD30, no response to messages about airport pick-up, location far from any interesting view or coast.

Good spacious facility - was upgraded to a more spacious room with a verandah

The staff were friendly and always helpful, nothing was a bother. The restaurant offered lovely meals that were competitively priced.

Innerspring beds were not good for my back. Soundproofing in rooms was not good as person in room next door had a constant cough that affected my stay.

We stayed in shoulder season for the first 4 days we were the only persons there.The staff were exceptional , friendly and very helpful.

The bathroom in the apartment could have been cleaner , and the restaurant was so hot and no atmosphere.. Fans and music would have been nice . But meals were lovely .

Very nice welcome, beach towels supplied, Great Location to shops and investigating the Island, pool, quite, roomy, close car spots

No A/C, Cockroaches everywhere, expect a couple but not as many that there was, mould in shw, low water pressure, no toaster, beds uncomfortable, limited ability in simple food prep to save costs

Very friendly and helpful staff, they were great to deal with both in reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant served delicious food. The facilities were nice for the star rating of the hotel - nice pool.

The cleanliness of the room wasn't 100% but was fine overall. Not much else to say really.

Absolutely 1st class staff at this hotel. They were more than helpful to us when we had some medical issues, meaning we had to unexpectedly stay longer. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner with a bar.Rooms are adequate. Plenty of parking.

No WiFi. Just remember to get a local simm card from the P&R Store when you arrive on Norfolk.

No fence around pool therefore would not want to bring small children Wi-Fi did not work, was given a ticket and paid, it didn’t work I bought it back, the next code also didn’t work I tried to bring it back but had to be o to a funeral and when I checked out the next day I informed the staff member who seemed to indicate it was my fault because I didn’t return to swap the code even though I said I was at a funeral. I should not have to pay 25+ for Wi-Fi that didn’t work especially when in the internet it says free Wi-Fi. She did not offer me any refund. My recommendation is Do not advertise free Wi-Fi when it is not free. If it doesn’t work please refund your customers without making them feel bad. All other staff were really lovely.

Food was mediocre when doing the conflict night that was held where we were staying

The breakfast was acceptable given the availability of food on the island. Not too impressed where we turned up for breakfast on one of the mornings and no staff were there. We had to go elsewhere.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean, any need or question was addressed promptly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pillows were not comfortable, they were hard and flat.There was no hot water for a shower in the morning.

it was very quiet and under staffed. it felt like it hadn’t fully recovered from the Covid pandemic. it needs an influx of visitors and a lick of paint to bring it back to life.

Pleasant grounds. Staff were excellent.
