Cons -
- I didn't know how to work the TV i don't have Netflick so i had no idea how to use the TV, might be good to have instructions. i booked a room with share bathroom, but to my surprise i got a room with one in there, it cost a lot more than expected.
- No remote control for TV Reception area very old and unclean. No privacy for shower in the room. Broken furniture laying around everywhere.
- I didn¿t appreciate being told my card had declined for the aura hotel, yet my card was then charged (successfully) a couple minutes after being told our room had been cancelled because of this. I will be writing a formal email to the aura hotel
