Quest Wellington

The location was excellent, close to attractions and shopping. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, quiet, warm and well equipped. Parking was off site but close and easy to come and go from.

Good value for money, great location.

Bed was comfortable but everything else was old and don’t feel clean . I have used Tauranga quest apartments three times and was amazing but these are terribly old and not maintained properly

There was an awful smell in the 4th floor as well as in the lift. I booked 3 apartments for three nights and no one did anything about the bad smell. Even the bathroom floor was cracked. TV was not working. Heat rack in the bathroom was not working.

Central location, professional, polite staff.

Internet connection was not stable. I was given only one password that worked for a short period of time. When I asked for a solution, reception gave me a handful of other passwords- I needed a new once the system disconnected. I wish I was aware of this when I checked in.

Really friendly and helpful staff who I enjoyed interacting with. The space was very clean and comfortable with a great view and windows already opened up to air it out. Great views and amazing location. I also love washer/dryer with detergent!

The room was very generous in terms of size and the staff were very helpful. The location was central.

The room was very noisy with loud traffic and road works including something significant at 4am.

The room was quite spacious and had everything we needed and then some. In addition to the "normal" facilities, there was a washing machine and clothes dryer, a dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator. As it was on the 8th floor, there was no road noise.

No PowerPoints by the beds. No outlook. Couldn't plug in the bedside lamp as plug broken.

We liked the art deco feel to the Hotel and the historic element, and the location was central to the cbd with lots of places to visit within easy walking distance. and the airport bus stopping virtually outside the hotel on Lampton Quay. we would definitely stay here again on our next Wellingfton visit.

We didn't really find anything we didn't like, we had a really pleasant stay which made our visit all thee more pleasurable.

We loved the spacious room, perfect for people who are into “old world charm“. The kitchenette was well equipped. The bathroom was large with washing machine and dryer. We were visiting our uni kids, and it was good location and comfortable to have as a gathering point for the family on a couple of occasions. The staff was friendly and helpful

The customer service was amazing. The staff were super friendly and gave a welcoming vibe. The location for the hotel was great as it is near the supermarket, cafes, and a bus stop. The room was big enough for two people. The room also comes with a laundry machine and dryer, which is great.

The bathroom was a bit old and chipped. Also, the opening hour for the front desk was from 9 am, so you have to tell the staff if you are going to check out early. But the staff were super friendly so they will help you out

The ambience; just a tad quirky. But comfortable and non-threatening! More facilities than usual in a hotel room; laundry, functioning kitchenette; awesome! Surprisingly quiet, given its CBD location

Great room and facilities, great wifi connection, clean and well supplied.

Friendly greeting from reception as we arrived and each time we passed in and out. Great central city location in a heritage building. Good value. Large room with extra facilities (washing machine & dryer) so would be good for a longer stay.

Room decor and furnishings are looking jaded; in need of redecoration / refurbishing.

Noise - doors do not have slow close so guests just let them slam shut - so loud and frightening in the middle of the night when fast asleep.
