The apartment was in a good location

There was nothing in terms of amenities; these are apartments, not hotel rooms.

One of the beds was broken and the staff were exceptional, they moved us to a nicer room and gave us a free meal at the nearby cafe, very satisfied with my stay!

The wifi was pretty slow

Good size apartment (not cramped). Liked being on 13th floor. Carpet. View of Tinakori Road and motorway. Armchair as well as couch. Lounge getting afternoon sun. Loved having the washer/dryer (didn't need to use it but it was great to have the option to tumble dry laundry as well as wash)

Hot water ran out after one shower. Creaky bedroom doors, a kitchen cupboard door seemed a bit unhinged, car park was very difficult to manuevre into, fridge door didn't shut unless you really pushed it hard, toilet flush buttons got stuck every time which resulted in a constant trickling sound. I did let reception know about these things and was told they would be raised with management, so no worries, won't write a bad review anywhere!

No shower gel left in bathroom

Very central to many things in Wellington, and knowledgeable staff for best locations to go. Room provided all the necessary amenities and were clean and tidy.

Nothing major, but the rooms were a bit of an odd shape and the bathroom in our particular room was quite small. No issues otherwise.

It was very comfortable.

There was a step inside the room which was a little dangerous. We were warned about it but it still initially was a problem.

The room was perfectly adequate, even though I booked the cheapest & smallest room. Good cooking facilities, heating, and all amenities I would hope for.

The lowest level apartments are only just above street level of a busy street (with both cars & pedestrians). So there's a bit of noise and people can see into the room if you don't draw the curtain.The carpet in the hallway is very old & tired.

The bed was comfy . It was available the date we needed and had 2 bedrooms

There were only 2 water glasses (booked for 4 people to stay) , there was mold behind the curtain in the kids room. Two of the doors (the bathroom and master bedroom) were a mission to close as they must have been either knocked off their hinges at one point or swollen due to water damage. There were also mixed messages about the pool as on booking.com it made no mention that it is not on site, we also found out that it was supposed to be salt water but were very good that was wrong. If you dug around that n the internet you could find out that the pool wasn’t on site but this was rather misleading.

Location was great - used the James Cook lift across the road to get down to Lambton Quay and walked everywhere in the city, staff were friendly and helpful

There were a few maintenance issues with the apartment but nothing too serious, bed was way too hot the first night and then I discovered my single bed had a queen bed duvet inner doubled over on it so once I opened it up it was much better

Good location, easy walk to town and waterfront. Simple apartment with everything that is needed including well appointed kitchen, washing machine and small table which I made into a desk for work. Free WiFi worked well. Clean and tidy.

Because of the single glazing I found it a little noisy however, as I reside in a very quiet town the city sounds are something I am not used to. Some darker curtains would be good also as my bed faced the windows and there was light spill from city lights.

Location was great, room was clean, tidy and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Location and staff were friendly

Creaky floors and broken tiles in the bathroom. A lot of noise from the street even though we were on the 12th floor. Also, a lot of light through the top of the curtains.

The beds were super comfy

The rooms were so very tight, literally no room for a suitcase in one of the bedrooms.. The bathroom was tiny. Lots of steps to take into account if you have heavy luggage.

Everything was how I expected it to be. A nice view the ammenities were fresh and clean. Handy having an oven and washing machine.

Not much I didn’t like just a a bit small but cosy❤️

The apartment had an excellent location and the gym and pool access were fantastic

Staff were very helpful and were able to move our room so we had a quiet room.

Washing machine was broken and dishwasher didn't work.

Bathroom was really small, hard to move around. TV would be good positioned in front of the bed also :)

Room was tiny and a box room. Shower cubicle was so small I hardly fit into it

Great main room and 2nd bedroom and outlook. Comfortable beds.
