Wallaceville House Motor Lodge

Cute, quaint, affordable, proximity to town. People were great.

Room was cold....but it's winter.

lovely setting

not easy to find

The soaps and dispensers !!. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Probably just being able to hear the people upstairs, there was also a cockroach in the room

Silence comfortable bed and loved the shower.

That I had to ask for a toaster as one isn't provided in the room and a plug in hotplate would be handy for what you pay per night.

Clean, comfy beds, great wifi, friendly staff, beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended. Would come back.

Nice and Quiet, easy parking and comfortable place to stay. Beds were great and the rooms are a good size. Would definitely stay here again if passing through.

Nothing not to like. We had a 2 seperate bookings and when we arrived they worked it out and booked the same room so no changeover

Was very cute and aesthetic, the staff were absolutely lovely! And the bed was so comfortable! All over - a great stay and I’d come back again!

Good location to Brewtown. Quiet and peaceful.

It was great just a little dated.

Lovely surroundings and gardens. Beautiful buildings. Big rooms and very clean. The woman we dealt with was very nice, always smiling. Would stay again.

Extremely clean and inviting, staff were welcoming and catered to your every need. The views were incredible

Nothing to add

The staff, grounds, and facilities are fabulous

This property exceeded our expectations. Set in a peaceful garden, it was very comfortable and only minutes away from the town centre. Miranda was especially friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and recommended things to do in the area. We would definately stay here again.

The location, gardens and bird life in the morning.

Loved everything! This place was peaceful and beautiful, clean and cosy! Will be staying here again for sure!

Toaster in the room without request would be helpful but overall best place I have ever stayed it was just so nice

Colonial set up , very genuine staff. Came late from the ferry past midnight and she was there waiting for us to check in.

The room is the most accessible one although quite a steep slope to walk up which was a liitle difficult for my dad who’s using the crutches. But kudos to the staff who was really helpful

We loved the calm serene environment, the friendliness of the owners and team, the gorgeous gardens and the overall feel of a special place.

Absolutely love staying here it’s so peaceful and shops are only 5 mins drive away which is a bonus. Beautiful staff, the beautiful lady on reception always makes sure our stay is great.

Excellent location in walking distance of Heretaunga Community Church. Breakfast was provided and the very friendly host drove us down to the train station

Beautiful place lovely staff comfortable bed very quiet.

That we only had one night there!
