Clean, comfortable and great location one block from Cuba street. Free parking.

A little dated but didn’t mind since it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The location was perfect for what we had planned. very handy to have the parking onsite.

The couch was a little hard to sit on but fortunately the bed was very comfortable

Location was excellent . The Studio had all that was necessary. Free Parking in the city was a plus.

Sofa was terrible. we could not even sit on it because it was so uncomfortable. The cushion you sit on sank below the metal frame. so you ended up sitting on a metal bar.

Fantastic location with parking Friendly, helpful staff Clean, tidy & well equipped Comfortable bed & lovely shower with good pressure (After being caught in Wellington storm, we even made use of the spa bath to warm up which was fabulous) We will definitely be using this accommodation again

Unfortunately a storm went through the night we stayed & we were on top level so it was pretty noisy We were warm & comfortable though

The reception staff were excellent saving us a carpark and giving us the room we wanted.

It would be good to have e a security gate into the units and carpark

A little hard to find from the street since the hotel sign is blocked by a tree. I stand with the tree, however. Don't cut it down for this!

Perfect location. Very friendly staff. We got an upgrade and were able to park earlier in the day. Ticked all the boxes for us, will definitely stay again.

Upgraded to a 1 bed suite. Clean accommodation and good to have free parking. Had to add additional nights which was booked and didn't have to change room

Bathroom ceiling paint was peeling quite a bit and dried nail varnish over the towel rail. We did stay for 5 nights and found Friday and Saturday nights were very noisy in the surrounding area.

Location with onsite parking was brilliant. The room size was great as were the amenities.

The noise. The door had a big draft so had to put towels against. And the blinds were dusty.

Clean and comfortable, close enough to both the airport and ferry terminal

Excellent location for visiting Wellington. Very pleasant staff. Free car parking next to the accommodation is a real bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would go again.

The shower could do with a more thorough clean. The other facilities were fine, but the shower let it down a little.

Spotlessly clean and very quiet considering it's central location. Bed very comfortable.

Extremely difficult to find and entry location did not match Google maps.

Easy access by car and foot. Close to excellent restaurants bars and grocers. Good bathroom lighting. Friendly welcome.

Excellent central location, walking distance to everything in the CBD and surrounds. Included a carpark, which is rare in the city centre. Helpful staff provided a drying rack and slightly later checkout. Handy laundry. Very easy to get to from the motorway unto town.

Exhaust fan in room wasn't working. Water leaked over the edge of the shower tub and trickled around to the door and into the kitchen, where it pooled in the carpet.
